As soon as Doug arrived, him and Robins have stated that things would continue to be done incrementally and they wouldn't spend X millions on players.

in league two and the winning league one season, we got our work done early. We need 11/12 players to be in and in settled by August 5th. We go to Portugal next week. It’ll be 17th by the time they return to Ryton so I’d guess not much will be done before then.

we don’t have a kit or a kit sponsor and he’s clearly overestimated the pull of the corporate offerings.
