Probably our second best player now the loan lads have gone back and Andersen has buggered off, except him to be captain if he stays, he’s developing into a good un, came on leaps and bounds last season, after an indifferent start to life here at Oakwell in the championship, he’s one of two or three lads that would have really benefited from promotion last season had we got it.

The owners of our football club are essentially footballer farmer’s, they buy young players, and coach’s, employ young fitness coaches, medical staff, analysts, scouts, CEO’s and so on, with the sole purpose of developing them, allowing them to grow in their respective roles, then sell them on for a profit at the first sign of interest, If you want him he’s yours, no doubt about it. We’ll pretend we don’t want to sell him for a few months, to get the price up a few quid, and identify a replacement, but he’s yours if you want him.
