MR fucked that up, it was crying out for 1 upfront and Sakamoto into midfield, I can't believe we left 2 up top while we got over run. The equaliser was just a matter of time. 2 points thrown away thanks to tactical stupidity.
This was staggered with the flow of the game we did not try and get an extra man in midfield and leave Wright up top on his own.

Up front we look average.

Can't wait for the Palmer fan club to explain how great he is

He has had a shocker and surprised he came on? But fans who wanted to jump all over Kelly and Eccles at the start can now jump all over Palmer,
making themselves feel better.

I’m sure they’ll manage it, he was shockingly bad.
To be honest regardless what people think, he shouldn't have been playing at all for the fact he's just been travelling and that's bound to take a toll. That's on the manager. I think once this team gels and gets going we'll be a really good side. I feel people forgetting there are so many new players, it's going to take some time. Right now we just look a bit disjointed but you can see there's absolutely tonnes of technical ability in that team.

Palmer is shite, a total carthorse plodding around the pitch, offering nothing. No pace, can’t pass, crap. The quicker we get Allen and O’Hare fit then better.
Also not interested tonight when he lost the ball.

Id of took a point before the game so cant be to disappointed with it now. Few good performances and another 90 mins this group have got together.

Lati was a theft and MVE will be sort after sooner rather than later.

Er another player who scored was on the same flight

I would say that we were decent first half but were lucky to be a goal up at half time. They were much the better team in the second half and deserved the equaliser. Overall I think Hull were probably the better side. Wright and Godden did very little up front and Palmer coming on was bad. Kelly and Eccles were great first half, MVE good all game. Centre halfs were solid too.

It hasn’t for anyone with an ounce of football intelligence
We've spent a lot of money, and not particularly well by the looks. Sakamoto can't even get on ahead of a player who just flew in from international duty, and was crap, by all accounts.

Looked to me that he was going to make those same changes at the same time regardless of the match situation.

And yet it wasn’t an issue for our other player who played in the same game?

Wright has looked good in previous games. Need a bit of patience there I suspect.

He looked like someone who had spent two weeks with someone telling him how to play and he's not quite sure yet. MvE looked very similar a few weeks back. Had a habit of checking back when perhaps would have pushed on. I know Robins was on about smoothing some of his edges off.

As much as I think Palmer has been alright so far this season it sounds like he had a shocker tonight, still can’t understand why Robins didn’t bring on a completely fit Sakamoto rather than a jet-lagged Palmer?!
Yes Sakamoto was a right back last season but he’s shown he can play further up the pitch, seems like an odd decision to keep him on the bench. I would have taken a point before the game but the manner in which we see the 3 points slip away when we take the lead is starting to become really frustrating.
