To be fair there will always be failures but probably a higher percentage than say you would expect if they were manufactured in a controlled environment. Looked like it had just been launched so a lot of the fuel would not have been used

Evidence is clear, missile explodes midair after a launch and no more than 2 seconds later a ground explosion.

The entire weight of the largest Qassam rocket is roughly about 50kgs. Have you actually seen the footage of the explosion? You’re suggesting that a homemade rocket with no bigger than a 10kg warhead and possibly 40kgs max of unspent fuel made from sugar and fertiliser could do that much damage. It’s ridiculous.
