Whatever SISU might lead us to believe otherwise, I am pretty convinced this budget allowed for players like Keogh to leave and for Cranie not to sign a new contract. Only Bigi's transfer was not included, but most of this went on upgrading the Academy.

You could find the one from the other day, where grendel states no manager in the 'world', no less could get this squad of players promoted.

It was raised as someone on another post stated that no-one said that and it was a gross exageration.

Not good enough...hmm probably not but it was a bit of a long-shot punt when England were going through an injury crisis. If Zaha can get called up from the Champ, and Boothroyd a few years ago, then why not the league's top scorer?
