Taken a sledge hammer to crack a nut.

simply make adult tickets normal price, even put kids tickets up from £50 (which is too cheap!)

that stops some (most) of the piss takers instantly.
Disagree on kids price tbf, just had an increase?

Last season when I used the vouchers and had to move away from the family zone there was no cost involved and for that game my seats would of been empty I as I gained entry with a match ticket rather then my season ticket would that go against me!

They can't win though, there would've been outrage if they'd hiked family ticket prices by £100+ wouldn't there.

Personally I think they've got it right. Cheap tickets for dedicated fans. What's wrong with that?

I mean I've just tweeted if I can pay £400 for my FZ adult and £50 each for the kids....obviously have still the 8 game rule which will be fine but let me go to night games alone....
The problem with allowing this is that it will leave single seats in the family zone which obviously can't/won't be sold. Kind of defeats the point.

Club should allow you to purchase a regular ticket at a discount for matches where you're attending alone, complicated though.

Dedicated fans!!!!!? What do you mean by that?

Example - How is it right we are saying 2 children come home after school, at 6:30 pm decided they are sick, can't attend night game at 7:45 which is sold out, promotion decider lets say in April - parent then technically can't go (as they've used all there exchange rubbish etc).

It's frankly shambolic.

Imagine parking in a parent and child car parking space at the supermarket without a child in tow.

Fans who attend 8 or more games a season, it's not exactly a high bar is it.

If you don't want to deal with the restrictions then buy outside the FZ...

It’s is because they can’t even attend 1 game without their kid. What if the kid is poorly Last minute and the game is already sold out. They then can’t even go.

It's unfortunate, and maybe the club should give 1-3 exceptions per season (not sure if this is already covered under the 3 strikes rule). But there's no other way from preventing people from abusing the very generous FZ pricing.

No it’s not covered, anyone attending without a child will have their season ticket revoked. No one can safely say they can attend every game as kids get poorly all the time especially young ones.

Well they'll miss a game then and the ticket can go to a family that's waiting for one to come up.

totally get what you're saying but it will look more empty when I'm not there for any evening game plus they'll miss out on an extra £150 (I'm still buying the 3 of us together and we'll attend non-night games together).

Won't look empty, as long as you put your ticket on the exchange they'll resell it. They also only have to sell an adult+child 3/4 times over the season to make up your £150.

Also, if you've got 2 sick children shouldn't you probably be staying at home to look after them? :ROFLMAO:

You can't give away a JSB ticket on a weeknight, unless of course we are flying up the league. I'm fully expecting to get no credits from putting any on sale (not even sure what a credit is yet either).

I guess like anything if we are winning it will fly, if we're 17th in December and home to Preston on a Tuesday it really won't.

If they can't resell it are they going to own up and tell you ?

Remember when we didn't have any of this,, far better than being judged by your fellow fan?
But then there probably wouldn't be a female fan in attendance, plenty of kids though especially night night games!
That's Progress for you!!😲

If your kid is sick 15 times in a 9 month season then they must be extremely vulnerable and probably best they don’t attend large gatherings at all

Why can’t I have a ticket for £250 then?

Might have been less outrage than there has been with the ticket exchange scheme.

There isn’t any outrage apart from a few people who think they should get a ticket at half the price of everyone else without conditions
