It would be hilarious if no one came in for him except for MK Dons, whom you wouldn't wish on any one .When is his contract officially up? Sorry, I don’t fancy wading through umpteen pages to find out.
No chance will he go on trial somewhere.i would imagine as a free agent he would go on trial and train with some one somewhere before they signed him. What if he got injured before signing? Presumably the cost of rehabilitation would then be down to him.

Where did that pic come from? Did look like him to be honestDepends if the scooter photo was real or not
Why would he do on trial anywhere when he could sign a 25k a week contract here.i would imagine as a free agent he would go on trial and train with some one somewhere before they signed him. What if he got injured before signing? Presumably the cost of rehabilitation would then be down to him.

There’s already an offer on the table from us.It would be hilarious if no one came in for him except for MK Dons, whom you wouldn't wish on any one .
But that offer has an expiry date, at the end of the day we have x amount of money in our budget for wages, so once that is spent it will have been spent, so the offer from ourselves will have an end date. I would presume our offer runs out on 30 June. There’s already an offer on the table from us.
If he suddenly turns around and says it wants to sign the contract we’re not going to say no.But that offer has an expiry date, at the end of the day we have x amount of money in our budget for wages, so once that is spent it will have been spent, so the offer from ourselves will have an end date. I’m sure Leeds will be able to pay him significantly more and will be considered more likely to go up than us. From a neutral perspective it wouldn’t be a sideways move.Personally I think it’s getting to the stage now where if he wanted to stay then he would have already signed. If he moves on to someone like Leeds, then it’s somewhat of a sideways move, so he clearly thinks he’s better than us and isn’t really fully buying into what we’re trying to do. If he’s not fully committed, then it’s time to say goodbye. As with Stamenic, we want players that are fully committed to Coventry City, not players with one eye elsewhere and using us as a back up last resort.
Yep tend to agree on all that. Look at binks yday, clearly loves it and wants to be here.Personally I think it’s getting to the stage now where if he wanted to stay then he would have already signed. but if we have already spent that money elsewhere, then we would have to say no, thats why there will be an expiry date. The expiry date can be extended, or a new offer made, but there will be an expiry dateIf he suddenly turns around and says it wants to sign the contract we’re not going to say no.
If he could carry his Dec/Jan form over a whole season he definitely would be. The problem for him is that’s by far the best he’s played at this club, so it’s enough for Leeds to have him as a squad player but likely not more.If he moves to Leeds it’s verging on an admission of failure in my view.
Considering the rumours were he was moving abroad, coupled with some of the PL links, plus the whole being shown round Southampton thing, to then end up at another Championship team.
Granted he’ll be paid more and they are probably stronger favourites than us to go up, but last season proved that isn’t guaranteed. And is he better than the attacking midfield three they spent a lot of money on last year?
It’s a shame he doesn’t want to go up with us - which we will this year - and I would like him to stay. But in reality we’ve spent the last 2 seasons playing without him - this isn’t a Hamer/Gyokeres/Sheaf (**trigger**), or even a Simms/Sakamoto level loss IMO.
Why would he do on trial anywhere when he could sign a 25k a week contract here.
yeah i know, bidwell is a monster
They've got millions of pounds worth of talent rumoured to be sold this pre-season, so signing O'hare on a free and paying him half of an outgoing players wage is a no brainer.I'm not sure Leeds will be able to offer him more than us. They are in the sh it financially and likely to have broken the EFL FFP rules last year. Clubs know they need to sell so won't be offering top dollar for their players. History could easily repeat itself and they implode.
YesIs Bidwell still under contract
Bollocks to O'Hare. I liked him but he's gone. Rudoni will just be a better version.
