If he has I am shocked as he could get injured in training and it could put his move in jeopardy.

Exactly what I was thinking. Says he gets two footed in training then what. Unless of course there is a waiver signed as players do train with clubs who aren’t in contract

I don’t claim to know anything about the scouting process, and never have done, I’m simply suggesting the type of player I’d personally like us to add to the squad, that’s all. I’m not suggesting someone in particular, just the type of characteristics I’d like us to concentrate on.

I also assume not every team can scout every player in the world? Surely it’s not possible for every team to have a scout “file” on every player that’s playing in every league across the world right now? Maybe that is case, but I’m not a scout so I can’t say either way.

Andy Thorn apparently could scout the whole universe such was his talent back in the day

Surely if he had a move lined up he'd want to be training with his new club

Not if the deal is still being finalised? He might be in discussion with two or three teams? Anyway I think O'Hare might be just holding his nerve, waiting for a few teams to miss targets then turn their attention to him?

If it gets him the move he wants I don't think he will care. Once he is in the squad it's down to him. If he believes in himself.

Most transfers made are not the clubs first choice. I don't think players care, they are the ones making the move and with the opportunities. Let's face it teams don't publicise who they have missed out on. That's why leaks normally come from the agent, and occasionally the selling club.

I assume the club knew O’Hare was off when they signed Rudoni, don’t think we need 3 AMs so can only assume Rudoni is O’Hare’s replacement? Either way it would be nice to play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 now and again, think we should all just get over the fact O’Hare’s left and let’s hope we sign some quality players in the rest of the window 💪🏻

Why wouldn’t he turn up to do some pre-season? He’s been a big part of our rise over the last few seasons, so why wouldn’t we allow him to train (insurance issues allowing)? Plus he’s not signed for anyone yet, so I’m happy to see him at Ryton. Don’t get the underlying dislike that some posters are evidencing. I worked for my company for 40 years and felt that any loyalty, I felt, was a two way split. But if someone had come in and offered me 10k a week more…..

yea sod it - lets have Biamou back as well - free gym and football coaching for life for all former players

he's unemployed because he thinks he's better than his previous employer and has realised nobody else wants him (yet!)
