I get what you mean, it’s been fine so far but I do think it has been a little bit boring. For me it’s more with regards to the lack of rumours going round, it’s just Dovin atm and that’s all we’ve had for ages. You could say it’s a good thing there’s no rumours as it means our transfer can’t get hijacked but it has meant it’s been just a tad boring, nothing juicy to get excited about other than forum members’ wives.

Lati can do a job but it’s an okay-ish job, Allen was pretty much non-existent last season, Dasilva is average for this league and Palmer rarely has end product. I think we need much better subs that’s all.

We aren't a club loaded with money. We're still and will be reliant on selling players for transfer fees for the foreseeable future. We don't have a wealthy owner pumping money into the club, so moaning about adequate Championship players filling out the squad is pointless.

Fair enough, I get that we can’t buy any player we fancy but I’m not talking about £5 mil signings in every position, just £1-2 mil in some areas will do.

Also how do we know how much Doug does/doesn’t have to invest? He’s a businessman, and as @Tea & Busquets said yesterday, it sometimes takes calculated risks to really make a business thrive.

Do get feeling club are cracking down on leaks/keeping everything in house - thats the way DK wants it. There will clearly be loads going on in background, naive to think not.
