Just reading the few comments on Hull's forum, some seem perplexed that he's chosen us instead of them. They seem to think he's coming here as backup with less game time than he'd get there. Or money. We worked with three strikers last season so BTA coming here will be an improvement on the Wright/Simms/Godden trifecta.

To be fair to them, we'd be the same. Every fan likes to think their club is the best and most attractive for a player. I guess there are a few factors here: Boateng obviously, but also location. It's a long way to Hull.

Well... not sure about that. Somebody will always miss out and they'll want to play. If they all back themselves to hit the first team and keep pushing each other for a season though, we can sort the rest out later.

Can't remember the last time we had so many attacking players who looked like they deserved a first team place mind you!

Sounds like we’ve had 3m from Viks deal over the season and I presume Kings willing to provide some cash flow knowing there’s more to come
