Wouldn’t be disappointed to see JDS start. It is the sort of game we want to dominate, play on the front foot and maintain possession - he’s better at that than Bidwell.

Eccles holding with Rudoni and Torp ahead of him, Wright/Sakamoto on the wings and Simms up front.

It’s a really strong team on paper, despite missing Sheaf / new CM signing who are a step above.

Hopefully Stoke was an eye opener to MR that we are better when playing offensively. Albeit we all know that isn’t his way!

Put Palmer in for Allen and that would be my team too. Palmer is better at making goals than Allen. Bidwell is more solid and dependable than Dasilva but I am hoping we will be on the front foot most the night.

Bar Rudoni our midfield is so wank atm, I was thinking “that looks like a decent team if you replace Allen with…” and then realised we’ve only got Palmer to replace Allen with 🫣
