A real shame as he's one of the only ones this season that has put 110% in almost every match .Looking forward to lati in there
Eccles is suspended for the next game.
I'm looking forward to lati in midfield
I thought dissent to the referee was a good idea?Looking forward to lati in there

A poor night all round for Eccles. Silly silly yellow card and him passing the ball to their keeper in the last minute for some catching practice just summed up his evening.
Would play Jack in CM and Torp in the advanced role.
Nice one Fernando!I thought dissent to the referee was a good idea?

I didn't realise it until Robins said it.
If you know you're on four bookings, getting a fifth for dissent is stupid, no matter how much you might disagree with the ref.
It didn't sum up his evening FFS, it was one of a tiny number of occasions when he gave away possessionA poor night all round for Eccles. Silly silly yellow card and him passing the ball to their keeper in the last minute for some catching practice just summed up his evening.
I think Eccles has been superb this season but I don’t think you can really compare missing a game through injury and a suspension. One is perfectly preventable, the other is much less so.Disagree on this tbh. Eccles gives a fuck and I won’t ever ask him to curb that. This must be one of his first suspensions for us? Sheaf has missed more through injury and Rudoni through not turning up so I’ll allow Eccles this one.
I think he is getting very frustrated at how shit his team mates are, and how equally shit match officials are as well.Disagree on this tbh. Eccles gives a fuck and I won’t ever ask him to curb that. The performance director was supposed to be reducing injuries. That hasn’t gone well,I think Eccles has been superb this season but I don’t think you can really compare missing a game through injury and a suspension. One is perfectly preventable, the other is much less so.

I see your points on Sheaf and Rudoni and fully agree with them.
I don't mind Eccles caring and showing some passion. I'd be worried if he didn't, it's his club as much as ours, that's how it should be.
But picking up a fifth booking for it when you know you're already on four just seems silly and unnecessary to me.
I get he's clearly frustrated at how it's gone tonight, we all are, and again, I'd be worried if he wasn't after a game like that. But you can't be picking up a suspension for it, that just doesn't help us in our current position at all. Had it been a second or third yellow of the season, then yeah. Absolutely go ahead and vent. Just not when you're on four.
If all 5 were for dissent them it would need addressing, but they weren't. The threshold for a yellow is pretty low now and Eccles has played every game. For a central midfielder, 5 in 14 games (16 incl cup) doesn't actually seem bad imo.Yeah I get that. I just think as a young ish player he gets one. It’s not a habit and there’s worse things to be booked than celebrating in an opponents face.

Sheaf had to chances to put in a decent cross near the end and twice put in a cross that would have been great if you were an 18 midget.Unlike Sheaf, who managed all of 5 minutes before that cracking 10 yard pass straight to their forward.
Got the yellow for getting in the face of their player lying on the ground after we scored. Assume he was letting him know how much of a tosser he was!
Thought he was the only one driving us forwardsA poor night all round for Eccles. Silly silly yellow card and him passing the ball to their keeper in the last minute for some catching practice just summed up his evening.
