You awarded MR and AV long term contracts but since both have been let go. Where do you think things went wrong?

The change in structure of the football club does not include a Director of Football

Why not, when yourself (Doug King) have public stated you have little to no interest or knowledge about football and therefore making footballing decisions (e.g. appointing coaches, transfers) and above all else making a decision to sack Mark Robins which 90%+ of the fans disagree with?

Do you really believe it's been king taking it on himself to scout players and the recruitment of the coaches? Robins is quoted saying he planned how the coaches would work.

I'm guessing anything bad was king and anything good it was robins.

Just maybe robins had run out of ideas? It happens.

Not exactly but I do think King has been too involved with footballing decisions for someone that has said themselves they aren't competent. I would actually be pleased if he came out and said 'I don't know a thing about football but I know a person who does and they will make decisions working with Robins, in the meantime I am committed to this and will learn as I go'

Didn't someone say Robins wanted an assistant manager but he was denied by King?

You don't become a bad manager overnight, clearly something has changed to upset the apple cart and the common denominator at this moment (rightly or wrongly) is Doug King

Who do you think is going to appoint the next manager?

I'd nominate myself but if I told that cung what I thought he'd revoke my season ticket and I'd have an even less happy daughter!

What will be the process for appointed a new "head coach". Will we be seeking a list if people or merely opening it to applicants?

Will a new person have to chance to bring an assistant. The press release earlier suggests not, but would they turn away someone good to stick to this if said person was used to having their own assistant?

if you are now after a head coach as opposed to a manager, assuming the only real difference is "say in transfer market dealings" why do you not want the "head coach" to have this input any more?

If that's not the case, what do you see as the difference between a head coach and a manager?

Some questions I'd actually like King to answer, although if he does we'll obviously get bland business speak

1) Given the outpouring of anger, disgust and disappointment at his sacking of Robins does he acknowledge that firing Mark Robins is very much against the vast majority of fans wishes.

2) Since taking over he has overseen major changes to the coaching structure, does he feel these changes have in any way contributed given that prior to this we had year on year improvements for several consecutive seasons under Robins.

3) Following on from question 2 what reassurances can he give supporters that he will make the 'right' appointment given that many fans feel the appointments on the playing side since he took over have been failures.

4) Not really a question but I feel it should be made clear to King how woefully inadequate the statement on the website is given everything Robins has done for the club.

1) The fans have a short term mentality. Fans want success. The next appointment is on the new owner and will clearly be under pressure but if he succeeds fans wishes will be realised.

2) Whatever we think the previous structure was archaic and suited to L2. Sisu never upgraded the clubs structure and training facilities. The questions suggest we want the Sisu model of operation back.

3) There are never any reassurances but there is accountability. The accountability of the signings made are on the manager who has been dismissed.

4) It is but given that the most successful manager in my lifetime was sacked when in hospital and only knew of it on the radio - no one even bothered to tell him.

Is the 5 year plan still on track?

Is the new manager one that we expect to get us to the premier league?

As such, what Championship/PL experience requirements are there for the candidates?

because that is how modern football clubs work, most big clubs have coaches not managers

I’d add, What would you do if you had kept MR and the performances took us to relegation?
