Collomosse said only the other day that it's a shortlist of 5/6, now it's two but also Carsley as a third option. Quite a specific update, but still doesn't ring true

He did say interviews were being conducted through the weekend. Plausible interviews have had a couple out of the running.

On the head coach recruitment, that’s the issue mentioned with Lampard. Might make sense if Doug wants him but is having second thoughts.

My issue, after Doug's remarks, are that if some of the coaches aren't up to it the head coach will need to bring them up to speed even before he gets to the players or were spending again to replace them. Strange times.
