Saw this yesterday. A dozen or so have admitted rape on interpretation of the law. Of the 40 plus others, some claim naivety!

It isn’t a defence even if true, consent can’t be given on someone else’s behalf. Frightening to think had he not been arrested for something else none of this would have emerged.
