I don’t think you’re being fair to say Lampard didn’t develop Mount (or anyone else). I am not fearful. We are in possibly the best shape on and off the pitch since the premier league and possibly further back than that. Any manager is a gamble. The difference between success and failure in the championship is pretty small.

He did not keep Everton up, they were getting relegated, he was sacked around Christmas, Dyche kept them up.
