Just read too that steve cooper developed sterling , trent and Woodburn at Liverpool.. that's some achievement
Trent. I’m gonna slap your legs next weekend

Urghhh, this development could cause Doug's plan to go tits up. I sincerely hope it will not effect our decision making process.Recon Lampard holding out for the six finger team job?

Just wonder why King didn’t go for RVN, clearly the majority of fan’s ideal manager from those that were seriously discussed. His overall demeanour is more positive and passionate, and he seems to play a decent style of football. I’d love to know what swung it for Lampard over any other candidate tbh.
Lampard isn’t even in the betting from what I’ve seen.
Mark Robins is 12/1 … he could do the fans a real solid.
Or could we tempt Cooper perhaps?
Depends on his severance pay from Leicester, terms and conditions.
What probably have to take a pay cut to join us.
Sadly agree, would of been a good fit. Maybe if it doesn't go well with frank xDYeah, would affect his severance deal I'd imagine.
Don't think it's remotely realistic hed come here.
Put that team together on a lot less than we’ve spent, it sure to expect too much this season but give him the summer and he’d def improve the squad,

I meant that’s what he brought in, he‘d do the same here in the summer, just add to what we’ve already got, some of those loans are pretty impressive, it’s a shame we don’t have loan players anymoreThey had spent over £20m the preceding two years if you’re counting previous spend. With inflation it’s probably not a million miles off our current squad value.
And I often wonder why I didn't bag Megan FoxJust wonder why King didn’t go for RVN, clearly the majority of fan’s ideal manager from those that were seriously discussed. Have you considered the possibility that RVN wasn’t seriously interested in taking the job? There are lower end Prem jobs about to become available, such as Leicester who’ve just sacked Cooper.Just wonder why King didn’t go for RVN, clearly the majority of fan’s ideal manager from those that were seriously discussed. Couple of years is a long time in managementEven if it does go well, can't see him been here longer than a couple of years.
There’s Potter and Moyes available too if they want another crack at the Prem.No way Lampard fancies that Leicester job and there's no way they fancy him.
My thoughts are with them cheating c*unts!!
Player power has been rife there since they won the Prem, Vardy absolutely rules the roostMy thoughts are with them cheating c*unts!!
Scum!!
Probably because he didn’t apply and/or he didn’t actually want the job.

Don’t forget the group of players who won the Prem not even a year later went behind Ranieri’s back to Vichai and demanded he was sacked
A good time to sack Cooper imo,Leicester’s team isn’t good enough to stay up irrespective of who their manager is imo.
Totally played us in the media. Never had any intention of applying for or taking the jobOh fair enough, I thought he was genuinely interested in the job tbh I haven’t followed the ins and outs of it because it’s basically nothing to do with what any of us on here think, and I cba to be involved in the constant arguing on here (not having a go at anyone, there is just generally a lot of unnecessary bickering on here).
I always thought RVN would go somewhere better than us tbf but when I heard the rumours he’d applied for the job I thought he was genuinely interested, but maybe not?
I wonder if the same player felt that wout faes terrible attempt at an overhead kick that lead to a chelsea goal was as bad as the managers tactics
Absolutely if it gives us a chance of hiring Cooper. Wish they’d done it 2-3 weeks ago!A good time to sack Cooper imo,
Leicester might not be in the bottom 3 yet but Wolves and Ipswich are starting to pick up points, so it was only a matter of time.
The new manager will have a month to assess the squad before the January transfer window opens.
Mmmm. Not so sure now, Leicester fans are delighted he's gone. They're all running round "high sixing" each other.Absolutely if it gives us a chance of hiring Cooper. Wish they’d done it 2-3 weeks ago!
He’s another manager who’s probably exposed at Premiership level. His Championship record is what I’m interested in!Mmmm. Not so sure now, Leicester fans are delighted he's gone. They're all running round "high sixing" each other.
She said you are a sad little man who spends far too much time on a football forum. And I often wonder why I didn't bag Megan Fox
