Yes that’s what I thought. I thought Hamer was more of a stringing us along and it was the COH deal where we didn’t offer him the wages he wanted.

He said everyone knew he would be leaving on the coach after the play off final. Comes across to me as a reactionary thing to say and I didn't take that as Gus had directly told everyone on the coach he didn't want to be their and was intending to leave.
I think Robins and most people at the clubs immediate thought after the play off would be that Hamer would move on but were still hoping he wouldn't.

Same as all fans initial reactions were that Gus and Gyokeres would likely be off.
