not even trying to be facetious here, but how do we even know it was carr that was the brains behind the last 3 games?
We don't but he looked very credible in press conferences and looked like he knew what he was doing when seen on the touchline. Even last night he showed some savvy with the goalie down team talk

He was certainly taking the lead on touchline discussions with players & other staff.

This is a big move by king, and is clearly backing lampard by appointing his people. It really feels like it’s shit or bust. Lampard must be a success.
Appoint all his staff and you’re paying massive compo if it fails. At the same time if you think he’s the right man you should give him all the tools he says he needs

I think we all agree Rhys Carr deserves to stay as part of the coaching setup. Not really arsed about anyone else, especially if we bring better in as part of the new manager appointment
We certainly don’t all agree. Rhys Carr should be shown the exit door at the first available opportunity, and take Boateng with him.

They are part of the problem, a great example is last night; playing Sakamoto totally out of position for 60+ minutes and standing watching Dasilva get totally roasted for the first 45 minutes, yet send him back out for the second half.

I like Dasilva, but agree. Problem is our ready made replacement is Bidwell who is just as poor. A position that certainly needs addressing.

ah ok! I suspect you will be close to what happens though
Aled Williams we know is a fool who should have no business carrying on. Two came from the youth set up where they were doing ok, which leaves Boateng and Carr. It might just be too expensive to boot Boateng as well as hire all the new staff and to be kind, he hasn’t been here long either.
