We didn’t need to replace him, we needed to keep him! Same with Hamer, king being arrogant and not paying him what he wanted! Look where we are now……climb out of kings arse
Oh get fucked with that shite by the way - O'Hare was mentally out the door from January no matter what shit he and John Dawkins peddle to you

Fuck off and support Sheffield United if you love them that much

I haven’t until today found any positives about having incurable cancer, it’s slow growing but nothing can be done but I’ve got a few years left hopefully, but I’ve found one positive.
After 55 years watching Cov, watching this current pathetic spineless ‘pile of shit’, team is at least coming to an end .
I’ve had such great teams to watch , the 70’s 80’s & 90’s, back then we had skilful players but we also outfought teams, every team hated playing us, especially coming to Highfield Road, but this current team has to be one of the most cowardly, talentless teams we’ve had. So many players who simply do not give a shit, most of them are just very unlikeable .
So sorry to hear that mate. Best wishes to you & the family 🩵

Look at where Hamer and o hare are now though, it’s just poor recruitment from king and if we could have kept them for not a lot more then surely it was worth it? Surely you’d have rather had o hare playing for us now in the midfield compared to what we currently have?

Plenty of evidence he'd have turned it round if you looked at the underlying numbers which every professional club should do nowadays. Unfortunately we have a megalomaniac owner who, by his own admission, knows nothing about football.

Even if you then believe we still would have struggled, did Robins not deserve the opportunity to put it right? Instead, one blip after 7 years of constant progression & he's dispensed with.

which underlying numbers?

we’ve proved for instance this season so far XG means diddly shit at the minute, but even so I don’t think numbers can predict the future

to be clear, I wasn’t in the Robins in or Robins out camp, but in answer to your question, no I don’t think he did as unfortunately football is all about results, and if he stayed and took us down all because we were sentimental and gave him a chance I’m sure there would be more bad feeling around

An increase of pennies is unacceptable and embarrassing

So just pay him whatever he asks then?

I can’t see how that can go wrong.

Incidentally, do you think COH would’ve prevented all 4 Portsmouth goals today?

These are good players. The coaching has been off since it was changed early in the year. Robin's had problems with it and Vivash clearly had issues. You can see players are not sure of their roles. The Vivash/Robin's combination would have continued their good work and had us top six. Where did it go wrong since an FA Cup semi final with the same players? Lampard is not the answer but Doug King wanted to set the club up like a good salesman with huge improvements around the place, track suit wearing coaches and fitness guru's. The problem is you play on a footbal pitch and if you let the players think they just have to turn up then inevitably they are found wanting. Back to basics, with a good manager is what we need and lampard imo will never be it. If you are given a brilliant start after 4 minutes and then even missed easy chances to put the game out of sight then find yourself 4-1 down is a sign of a lack of control and basic coaching ability. Like so many great players they are hopeless coaches. Do we still have Robin's and Vivash's numbers? I see those 27k gates dropping like a stone now...great business King!

Most aren’t good players.

Viveash and Robins aren’t on speaking terms. They won’t work together again.

11 points off the Top 6 (soon to be more come 5pm) what an absolute damp squib of a season

Lets face it, we absolutely got ahead of ourselves, hyped this average squad up to the point we were tipping ourselves for automatic promotion and have left ourselves with egg on our faces and a bottom half squad

Roll on May, the season could end tonight and I would not be sad to see the back of it

Lampard showing disrespect to the fans..clown went straight into tunell.no bottle to face the fans
Yes I agree Londonccfcfan, it a bit of a trek down there for the fans, and being an expensive time of the year too, he should have gone to them to show his appreciation. Our fans are some of the best away fans in English football, if we had lost 10-1 he should still go to them. A bit cowardly if you ask me, which fits in well with the rest of the team’s performance

It wasn’t just us tbf. Most neutral outfits had us top 6.

Fair play to Pompey btw.

They were even worse than us last Friday away at Derby and looked that way in the first ten minutes.

Saw blood at 1-1 and bullied us. They came out in the second half and won every single battle.

I still think they'll be in trouble because other clubs with punish their mistakes but we would never see battle from our side like that.

They just took shots at goal and let Collins do the rest. It's the winning formula most weeks
