Tbh at that moment in time, taking all sentiment out Swansea seemed a better career move, they were defeated play off finalists the previous season and we were a relatively new championship side

They probably blew us out the water on wages as well

Unfortunately I watch them more than I’d like to, which is why I’m also not as high on grimes and darling as others. poor signing, most fans glad to see him leave, some of the season ticket holders said he was a bad egg there under a couple of the managers believed his own hype. He’s gone from there to playing reserve team football in the states. In no way is this a sign of positive things to come
