Drawn every game at Ewood Park since returning to this league and would be quite happy to see that continue.

They’ve got injuries to their key players at the moment. I reckon the last couple of games should give us confidence.

Think we will sneak a win at Ewood. BTA to score again as he has been linked to them in this window.

They're still a difficult team to break down, which is where we often struggle. 11 clean sheets so far this season.

They're light in midfield with Travis and Tronstad out but I don't particularly back ours to capitalise on that.

Suspect it'll be a draw. Which wouldn't be a bad result.

Draw would be a good result, a win would be fantastic.

If it was a week between games I’d go with an unchanged side, however 3 games in a week means we might see a couple of changes.

Any chance of seeing Wright on the bench do we think?

Wright is nowhere near by everything FLs said recently. Haven't had confirmation he is even back "on the grass" yet. He's got to go through a week or so of basic movement and light running first. He's still a good 2 or 3 weeks away, I'd guess.

Probably about right. FL mentioned pre-Norwich he was doing very light mobility work on the grass and that he expected him to be back in training over the next two weeks.

I would imagine he isn't going to want to rush him back though.

This injury is clearly a lot worse than the club initially feared/made out - It'll be well over three months before he is back

Rhys Carr when in temp charge said it was a matter of a few weeks

12 weeks post injury is Swansea away - Clear its was a grade 2/3 injury which is likely up to 12 weeks circa.

Timeframe probably suggests surgery was very close. Just think its frustrating as oppose anyone misleading on time scales.

800 sold as of Thursday (801 after I brought mine)

A win on Saturday and the fact Blackburn will probably make it pay on the gate will take us to over 1000 travelling imo, which isn't a bad effort at all on a Tuesday night at the end of the month where everyone is still broke after Xmas

Absolutely no disrespect meant to those that will be attending the game and I really hope you get the result your support deserves, and of course you are correct that historically 1,000 travelling to Blackburn for a post xmas mid week is a reasonable turn out.

However, our players have been spoilt these last few years and are used to having big away followings, and with Blackburn having such a large away end, a big following there has helped us in recent seasons dragging us back in games we were losing with equalising goals from Wilson and Kelly, so a thousand or so banging away in that big end might not be so inspiring for them this time round. In the end it will be a good test of the mettle of our players, which will tell us a lot about them and what we can expect for the rest of the season.

We will be there , but disappointed with the numbers drop off .
Although their fans are doom & gloom , Eustace won’t allow that complacency against us at home & will surely be wanting to put the loss at the CBS right ……… so another tough night ahead .
