Must be tough but I guess 99.9% of players aren’t doing it
Huge credit to him

ive just watched a man city video showing the cars players drive to training etc, anyone know who drives what?
im not after reg plates or anything, just interested in the cars!
i think they did. that was the rumour, anyway.Didn’t the whole team drive Talbots when they sponsored us?
we saw a merc 4x4 in leamington last year. HAJ1 11H.
i assumed it was our number 11.
now?He has an Audi Q8

now?
or then?
You mean he got a taxi?Don’t know if it’s true but a mate who lived in Balsall Common told me when Robbie Keane was here he got a chauffeur driven limo to pick him up for training cos he couldn’t drive.
When I was a kid I worked at the pumps of the garage by the connexion roundabout - the CCFC players had an account there - this is back in 85 - I remember the most pleasant of all the players who would willingly chat while I filled their cars with 4 Star was Oggie had the time of day to talk to you and asked how you are - top gentleman a real decent human being - I want to call up the CWR after match one day and remind him of it
You should do because a lot of people have had let’s say “mixed” experiences meeting Ogg..

The moral of the story for any professional footballer is don't be greedy like Mifsud was.
i think alot do, i remember seeing gerrards RR for sale on auto trader once, all the inside was redone with #8 everywhere, and it was only 18months old before he sold it.It always strikes me that footballers don't have much imagination when it comes to their motors. Range Rovers and Mercs etc are all fine of course it if you were earning premier league money and could have pretty much anything you wanted, customised to your exact requirements wouldn't you go for something a bit more bespoke and interesting? I know I would.
The sensible ones spend the cash elsewhere.
I think I have said before my pal used to live next door to Dean West the old Burnley full back he drove a Nissan Almera (something Nissan) the players in their posh cars took the piss constantly all the time he was buying property in the north I wonder who’s laughing now.
there was one club cant remember which, that if they got something like a red card or something, they had to drive a ford KA for the week.
(most of what ive said is going to be incorrect, like the car, the forfit etc )

Supporters are never the best at rating their own players. Look at how often our own players are supposed to be shite until it can't be denied any longer how good they really are. This goes for anyone though. You get all sorts who spend a significant chunk of their monthly wage on a flashy motor just because they see it as a status symbol. It's such a poor investment, whether you make a lot or not.

One of the many reasons I drive older motors that I can buy outright. Feeling particularly smug today as my latest banger bargain that I bought at Christmas time has just sailed through it's MOT with no advisoriesThis goes for anyone though. I'm not sure I could stick to my fiscally prudent motoring habits on a footballers wage though, I have a list of classic & specialist cars as long as my arm to take up space in my dream garage.
Unfortunately, it would only turn right.Didn't Mifsud want a new jag and ended up leaving because they wouldn't give him one?
