Rudoni signed this summer is an absolute top 6 player. Phenomenal.

So do we still need an entire new defence..... or is that going to be reserved for next time we lose 2 in a row?

Bringing Kitching into the side has basically been like signing a new defender, he's helped us look a lot better. Whatever issues he's meant to have had, I'm glad he's sorted them for the moment.

I'd be concerned if he got injured though.

My concern is how we deal with our next loss or two. This run is great but it could get easilg disrailed with a couple of losses. Its how we respond which counts

It's easy to be downbeat on players when you go through a difficult period .. but the truth is we've got alot of good footballers here

It's true. Players like Rudoni and Torp and very, very gifted. The squad were struggling with confidence and looked petrified 8 weeks ago. They looked nervous in the first few weeks of the season under the pressure that was built up.

They are playing with freedom. So important.

Some of it is just playing within their capabilities. We aren’t asking the defence to pass it around or the midfield to break teams down or Simms to play on his own. Will be very interesting if we do go back to 433 and passing football how the players manage.

Lots of 'respected' posters looking like absolute clowns tonight. Maybe their thoughts are outdated,a bit like Stokes new manager.
Give it a rest.

We’ve all come out with absolute nonsense at some point and I’d say everyone on here wants the best for the club, including for Lampard to succeed, despite what they may said before.

There’s a lot to be optimistic about at the moment, we need to actually enjoy it.

Things have moved on in a very positive manner. Mist likely we've all said stuff that's turned out to be wrong but just admit it and move on. I can think of a few that haven't and they just make themselves look ridiculous

Doug knows what he’s doing, the recruitment team knew what they were doing, Lampard and the coaches def know what they’re doing, the only people who didn’t have a clue were mostly having a meltdown on here, The “ relegation “ thread is a thing of beauty 😂
