I am not blowing my own trumpet here at all. Just wanting to restate the fact that teams at the bottom pull out wins at the death. It was on the cards.

It happens and has always happened throughout footballing history.

4 of the bottom 5 clubs won today. It's the end of the season, it's cup finals all round.

We need to learn from this. Luton is going to be very, very tough.

It wouldn’t have happened if we had not got Clown Collins in goal. He was really at fault for all 3 and no one can legislate for MVE doing an Andy Spring tribute act for 90 minutes

Perhaps some of our fans might now realize playing teams fighting against relegation isn't a given three points for any side. They are one off cup ties at this stage of the season. League positions mean nothing.
Yup. Indeed.

That was awful, we just don't have a clue how to play against big hoof ball teams and doesn't help having a clown in goal but then again the players in front of him weren't much better. Everything we did looked so laboured, was that 3 games in a week catching up with us. Results went our way that's the only good thing we can take from today

Can't see it ending any other way than going to a very nervy last game of season

Leeds can beat Bristol
But Bristol will best Preston

Boro will prob best Norwich
Toss up Vs us

We can win both or lose both! But no way we can clinch without a favour from norwich

I actually feel for simms, fuck all service and the only ball he saw was when he was isolated with 2 giant orcs right up his arse

I really don't think it matters, we're all over the shop. Sheff Utd will just brush us aside.
Agree on the last away game but they are on a bit of a wobble and play offs is a different battle.
But.. 3rd get their home game in the second leg so tough again though.

Does anyone have a way of finding out if anyone's conceded more goals vs. how many shots on target faced? Might be a league table where we'd be top!

This doesn't include today's result but we have the fourth worst save percentage in the league at 64.7%

That is entirely thanks to Brad Collins.

Dovin 70%
Wilson 69%
Collins..... 51%

Leeds scored 6 today and will be wanting to go up as champions

Yeah. I think maybe we were a bit leggy.

We played Monday night didn't we, when everyone else played on the Saturday.

3 games in a week and maybe it showed.

Lucky lucky Lampard, we're still 6th.

Well, MASSIVE fail from Lamps today. Thought he could rest Sheaf and Dasilva and play Allen and Bidders and coast against a poor team. Both poor decisions. This close to the end of the season with this much at steak, you play your strongest possible starting 11 regardless of opponent. Poor decision for me. Would the red card of changed the outcome of the game? Most likely, but let's be honest, we didn't want it today. Dog shit from back to front, from start to finish. Up there with both Derby games as one of our worst performances, not just this season, but in recent history. Same as v Hull, just not up for the fight or aggressive enough and far too slow and lacklustre when we have the ball.

Where is the physicality and aggression Wright showed v Sunderland? He was awful again today and guilty of missing another simple chance with his head. He certainly isn't the reason for losing today but so frustrating when he has the capability to be a physical handful and is mostly anything but.

But it’s true. That’s a fucking horror challenge.
It’s possible to point out it’s a blatant straight red, and that we played shit and for both statements to be 100% accurate
It wasn't a horror challenge, it was late and aggressive. It's the type of challenge Michael Doyle used to do every week. It was a yellow.

Halfway through the season sure, but in a crazy high stakes one off?
At home I'd say so yes. Boro have their own problems. It'll be nervy obviously but I'd have taken needing to beat Boro to get in at most points this season and I'm sure everyone else would have too.
