IF, and it’s a big IF , we get lucky and go up we will be back down asap. We’re just not good enough . Utter shite up front 🤬and Collins 🥴 I will just leave that here for you to mill over 🦤💩

I think we might sign one or two players if we go up

It’s all a bit odd. Maybe Wilson has an injury we don’t know about.
But if that's the case why is he on the bench, or at the very least the only sub keeper?

You have to assume he's fit otherwise what would happen if Collins got injured or sent off in the first 5-10 mins?

Just got back & fuming at THAT display .
I was standing there today thinking about us blowing our chances of the play offs & then on the way back , listening to the intensity of Sheff Utd’s play at Burnley .
I’m not as optimistic , as I was before leaving this morning & Luton will be as awkward as Plymouth !

Tats is being given a lot of grief but I lost count of the amount of times he was waving and calling for the ball and where he wanted it, but play was slowed and passed sideways instead. Simms too.
No creativity from Rudoni today, and Grimes too negative.

Their manager outplayed our player skills with his tactics and unfortunately Collins let two goals in that weren’t in the plan

just got to let it go ! And back Frank and the team for the Luton and Middlesborough game - you can’t cry over spilt milk it ain’t over until the fat lady sings and she’s not in warm up yet

Every time he got the ball, he went backwards

Yeah, can’t disagree. I’m just looking for a reason why you would play Collins 😂😂😂 Getting desperate!

A poor display and a very disappointing result today. How very like us though to lose to Derby and Plymouth and comfortably beat Sunderland and WBA.

All that said, if I had posted on here when FL took over that with two games to go it was in our own hands to make the playoffs you would have thought that I had lost my marbles.

So, whatever happens, we owe a debt of gratitude to FL for giving us an exciting end to what had looked like being a terrible season.

Thanks Frank 👍

For those who shouted the loudest earlier.....that's football for you. No result was a given. We lost. Middlesbrough lost. Bristol City lost. Biggest shock was Middlesbrough 1-0 up and a penalty they missed against players that never got paid last month with nothing to play for.

I'm happy to have a debate with anyone. But please put some facts behind the debate. Otherwise it just shows you know nothing about football and I'm not here to show people they're clueless. Just want to talk about football.
We were shite and Franks selection was shite

That was awful, we just don't have a clue how to play against big hoof ball teams and doesn't help having a clown in goal but then again the players in front of him weren't much better. Everything we did looked so laboured, was that 3 games in a week catching up with us. Results went our way that's the only good thing we can take from today
All but one result went our way, shame it was our result that didn’t.😢

Saddle have a word with your contact and see if one of the players can 2 foot Collins out for the rest of the season in training this week.

At this stage I would rather have Lee Burge in goal. At least he had some good days.

Don’t really understand what the game plan was today. We played slow all day, got lucky with the set piece goal at 2-0. Don’t understand why we didn’t whip more crosses in with Wright/Simms/BTA in central areas.

Where will we finish?
If we beat Luton we should finish 5th. If we don't we should finish 6th.

Middlesbrough 3 points behind us. Unless they beat Norwich at home and we lose to Luton just a draw at home to them would be enough. But we should have enough to beat them at home anyway.

Bristol City have to go to Leeds next who are top by GD.

Millwall 3 points behind and a GD of -6 behind us have to go to Burnley who are 2nd by GD.

Blackburn 4 points behind us have to beat Watford at home and Sheffield United away to have a chance.

We just need a point to mean the rest can't catch us.

It's still in our hands and none of our playoff rivals has it easy. Looks like my prediction for weeks of 70 points for 6th and 72 points for 5th could well be true. But if we get a better result next game than Middlesbrough it will all be about over. If we do beat Luton only a Middlesbrough win would stop us from being in the playoffs with a game to go.

Our game plan didn't change. They had 5 at the back and another 3 sitting just in front of them. There wasn't much room on the wings. There wasn't much room in the middle.

Then you had Hardie and Bundu who occupied several of our players. Even then we couldn't stop them. We need to learn that playing the high line isn't the best tactic to use against sides that play a certain way. It was so predictable. Two fast strikers waiting for the balls over the top.

We were awful yesterday, outfought and outbattled - Props to Plymouth they absolutely did a number on us and I hope they go on to complete the great escape as football aside we had a cracking trip down to Devon and wouldn't be opposed to going there next season if we stay down

Trying to convince myself that since they canned Rooney they ain't the worst side in the League and it is just a blip, but I just can't see us responding and winning at Kenilworth Rd on Saturday

Luckily results went our way yesterday (I have always liked Sheff Weds, and their salt of the earth fanbase) so we should be breathing a massive sigh of relief, another defeat on Saturday could bring Millwall back into the equation though

Maybe, but they play Swansea and haven't they just won 5 games on a row?
