The facts are that while Mark Robins was in charge at Coventry he inherited a player
who went on to score 16 goals. Out of 13 home league games, they lost five games. Out of 24 league games played, four clean sheets were kept.
My son just a commented that it was a shame that we also lost the first
team coach. My response was that this is the same coach who was here
when the mighty Shrewsbury had SIXTEEN attempts on goal when being the
away team. Also the same coach/manager who set the team up against
Crewe to be open to the counter attack.
My question is, would any manager worth his salt done as good as, if not better
when in charge over the same period. Mark Robins lucky manager?
