Thanks for the advice.

If you feel so strongly about the club leaving coventry are you not in a position to be more vocal about it ?

Hello answer this one.

I fear that the Sisu plan to build elsewhere is most likely as we sit here tonight, but the way this story moves, who knows? The problem (well, one of them) is no one can be sure what the administrator has to sell, so anyone pinning their hopes on a new owner may be disappointed.

Yikes, dead club. I think most of us are realists but the thought of us moving out of Cov is a bitter pill to swallow. I will not Support football again.

Well Mr Linell, if it is you, in most people's opinion you've nailed your colours to SISUs post quite clearly.

Whether this is due to a genuine belief that you think they know what's best for the club (which I find odd given 5 years+ of their repeated mismanagement), or whether it has more to do with vested interest due to your match day work for the club I don't know. But quite honestly how any genuine fan can sit and support the shocking behaviour of SISU since they became involved its the club I can't fathom.

And I would be expecting any true Sky Blue fan to be supporting keeping Coventry City in Coventry, a position put forward by ACL and seemingly opposed the posturing Mr Fisher.

As it is, you seem to be acting as a SISU mouthpeice / apologist and as such, putting yourself in direct opposition to the large majority of City fans. Perhaps if you can enlighten us as to the reasons for your ongoing support for Mr Fisher your position might be more credible.

Thank you for your comments. You are entitled to your opinion. For the record I do no match day work for the club. I did, pre-Sisu and immediately after they took over, at a time when I was not employed by the BBC. I was and never have been employed by Sisu. On being engaged by the BBC to host sports programmes for BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, I ceased my match-day work for Coventry City Football Club.

Now SIsu are not the only game in town........are you more optimistic about a positive outcome. Does SIsu still cut the mustard?

As we don't know who else could own the club, it is impossible to make comparisons. It seems to me that no one has yet emerged with any proof that they could take the club on and sustain it financially. We all wait to see.

Stuart; i appreciate you coming on here, especially gien the amount of stick you recieve. I think it will change peoples opinion of yoy. What we really need though is CWR to take up the fight against SISU moving the club.. this simply cannot happen

Have you read the report published by the SBT which lists all the questions that need answering by the administrator and what is your opinion on it?

The next time you speak to Mr Fisher you need to ask him why CCFC Ltd, a company he claims to be non-trading and is not the football club had a turnover of £10m in the May 2011 accounts and £9m in the May 2012 accounts per the administrators report.

Do you think Mr Appleton is doing a good job?

Thanks for previous reply...

I don't know. I am not an insolvency expert, although one I interviewed recently was rather sceptical. All I do know is that, legally, he has to pursue a specific course of action, which he is no doubt doing.

Do you think PH4 offers a viable alternative to sisu, and can you qualify your reply. P.S i had an idea for a show you could present in a thread on here a few weeks back, it would be called Linnells late night love in, what do you think ?
We do know who else could own the club, please answer ???

Given the strict FFP rules for next season, and the drastically reduced income that the club will face next season, do you think there is a danger of relegation?

If CCFC Ltd is'nt the football club why did we lose 10 points ?

Because the League responded by saying that as some part of the club's structure had entered administration they had to act. The League has, interestingly, been largely keeping its own counsel on CCFC's affairs. They may not stay silent for ever.

I think you should push for the SISU survey results question next time as mentioed above. I also think as a station you should be giving SISU a harder time but appreciate there is a fine line between this and them perhaps not coming on at all.

So we could face further deductions?

do you think fiher knows that the number at home games is more likely to be 2000 and that season ticket sales will drop to c1000? are sisu prepared tp find this and also invest in a side capable of getting out of the 3rd divusion?

All we have to judge that by is that they have funded the club (the Ricoh rent apart) so far.

do you think that its possible that someone will buy the Ltd side of things, with golden share, half the Ricoh and then as a 2nd phase buy the team from holdings? or do you think SISU will just buy out the ltd side and move away

We (the BBC) are required to be balanced in what we do and say, and to reflect all sides whatever we may think. This applies, to a large degree, to what I say here and (for example) on twitter.

so why side with SISU when 90% hate them?
