Does a judicial review enable a response to be made ?? If this is indeed the case why wasn't it brought nearer the event ? Why not just Publish the evidence?I am only trying to draw facts from what JF has said. We can assume these facts as TF states them will be disputed by the other parties.

Ok we all know PWKH would not agree (he wouldn't even agree with any one of 18 "facts" I tried to isolate from his own account of Lawnmowergate!). I personally can't see TF making statements that are complete contradictions of what will shortly come out in the wash anyway! specially in the JR!
But this points to 3 surprising conclusions.
1. SISU were prepared last year to pay in the order of £25m for an extended deal to continue to work in tandem with ACL. ie showing ongoing commitment that many have doubted. AND that there were NOT determined to break ACL!
2. Did not CCFC start to withhold rent in April 2012? if so that was while these negotiations were still ongoing (Terms were signed with HIGGS on 18.6.2012 AFTER this)
3. When the Council decided to go ahead with funding of £14.4m to bail out ACL they already had a deal on the table for SISU to pay it!

Why are SISU always reactive in there policy statements, doesn't breed trust or confidence does it? When the pressure is on they start bleating and pointing the finger, playing catch up once people start seeing things as they are.
Joy doesn't want to be in the public eye that's her choice. Yes it is. I seem to remember Coventry took 60 000 to the charity shield in 1987. How many clubs could do that?
In first years of top flight we had something like 5th highest attendances in the country, check the stats. Those were the good times economic wise for Coventry in a similar way that other towns ot cities like Reading are now doing quite well.
Yes there are of course bigger clubs that Coventry City. However just because Coventry City are pretty crap most of the time does NOT make us a small club with no potential . Someone has to tap into the potential and SISU are not the ones it seems.
This may annoy some people but part of the problem with Coventry is directly linked to the fans and small time thinking and acceptance of failure over the years. Never truer than now and almost accepting what SISU are trying to do to us. Yes after a while it does get you down particularly since relegation 2001. but dont let SISU condemn us to permanent obsecurity with a 12K stadium or without a ground and 1K crowds at away "home" games.

Fine except that our Club isn't in administration according to TF, he says our Club is in Holdings not Ltd (in administration). Very well said. It's the passionate argument from CCFC supporters that we are a small club now and will be for ever more that are most dis-heartening at the moment. The very idea of supporters of this club actually wanting us to to be playing in a pathetic little lower league ground rather than a Premier League standard stadium is very sad. We are potentially a mid-table top-flight side, yet many would rule that out ever happening again-which it certainly won't with such a lack of ambition.

According to that source you referenced earlier in this thread, Grimsby are a bigger club than us. Given it was a cup final and Wrexham are, that website says, the 71st biggest club and therefore, one might assume, bringing at least 7000-odd fans, it could be said that was a pretty poor turnout...

I suppose it comes down to things beyond league position. CCFC is unique in its record of no league success over an enormous (for football) timeframe. No club does nothing for over 40 years and fills its ground to the rafters-yes you can point to '87 but it was just one glorious day in the sun.
