Tim Fisher wouldn't lower himself to post nearly 5000 times on a CCFC forum !.....................................Undermine............... Err no, anyone who has been supporting the hedge fund makes a good job of that themselves !

And yet you throw that whole 'supporting the hedge fund' nonsense out at alarmingly regular intervals at people you don't agree with, as well as questioning their moral fibre and painting them as some kind of enemy. It's a lot easier to try and undermine people rather than comprehend them, which is what you do. Everywhere. All the time.

Also, if you read Torchy and Grendel's more recent posts, they appear to be firmly on the side of 'get the owners out for a fresh start'.

Grendel has said he expects SISU to keep control of the club but that's hardly the same as him saying "FUCK YEAH I LOVE SISU".

Everywhere, all the time ?? Ha Ha !! now you're getting hysterical. The club has been brought to its knees by a hedge fund who have trashed almost everything and you wonder why people like me are exasperated by anyone defending their unforgivable incompetence !

Yes , fair enough but for months they just blithered on about the bloody council and the small part they have played in our demise when all the time the hedge fund were rather deceptively loading huge debts against the club and lying through their teeth about almost everything !

You'd get less exasperated if you'd actually read what people were saying instead of knee-jerking with OMG YOU FUCKING LOVE SISU YOU SCUM everywhere. I mean, some people plan to watch the team next season, and you insinuated they lack moral fibre. Hardly defensive is it?

I won't argue with that (though I do think the Council have questions to answer, but that's easy for me to say, I'm not a ratepayer!). I have no love for our illustrious owners either.

I just think there comes a time where the "pro-SISU" moniker needs to be reconsidered, or at the very least, not used as a crutch to beat people with all the time.

Just my opinion though. End of the day we're all Sky Blue, even if we disagree on stuff.

The thing is they did play a part and that is the point. It doesn't really matter how "small" or "insignificant" you or others may think their role in all this is, ACL do have some culpability. I'm not a SISU fan. I'm not an ACL fan. People have found that really difficult to grasp.

Mmmm more hysteria, I'm pretty sure I've not used those words anywhere !! Moral fibre is indeed required to stand up to a disgusting outfit who have utterly shamed Coventry City and the City of Coventry. Their very attempts to distress the cash flow of the stadium management company was immoral and unethical.

Much like you can't talk of defending anyone when you attack people who don't fall into line with your personal view, you can't talk about hysteria either when you jump down people's throats because you lack reading comprehension and take all comments that aren't 'get out Mayfair scum' as being some kind of pro-SISU/anti-Cov rhetoric.

And no, it clearly wasn't a quote. I'd have added more exclamation points for authenticity.

So do you plan to stand up to this 'disgusting outfit' by not turning up to games? Thereby silencing your voice?

Makes sense...

ACL have been proven to have got a little greedy off the back of the footfall generated by the football club. We all agree !! When challenged however they quite quickly dramatically reduced the terms of the deal. Some small culpability however is not responsible for the majority of the damage inflicted on the club's finances and image by a devious and incompetent hedge fund.

What you think, handing over your £22 quid and sitting in an apathetic crowd waving a SISU out balloon is going to upset them. I think just withholding that £22 will be more of a point made if copied by several thousand others !

We all know you're not a ACL fan...hence the anti_ ACL bit after all your posts.
Then to say you're not a SISU fan...You've never posted anything Anti_SISU on this forum, and have gone on to back up a hell of a lot of what they do as(Ah well! it's not their fault, it's previous regimes' fault)
Don't try "Sitting on the fence" now Torchy ffs!

Lets see how long it is before this is taken off the posts of the ................... I'm not a SISU fan. I'm not an ACl fan. "And it's ACL
A-C-L
They're by far the greatest joint venture company consisting of Coventry City Council and the Alan Edward Higgs Charity
the world has ever seen"
CCFC not ACL

But it's not a case of being "anti" anything which is why you struggle with my posts. It's about being able to have a different opinion from the by-the-numbers "it's all SISU what done it" point of view.

You see it in a hundred threads from you, Ashdown and others who just resort to abuse if people don't agree exactly with the ANTI-SISU train of thought.

Personally, I don't think it is all SISUs fault. And I don't think it is all ACLs fault. They both have to shoulder some blame. BR and previous regimes are culpable too. It's a melting pot of all those things, not just your Neanderthal, black and white "SISU scum" view of the whole situation.

Look through my posts, I've said many times that SISU have made mistakes/should pay the rent, etc. But what really annoys people like you is that I always try and highlight wrong-doing with ACL and others too and it seems that your tiny brain struggles with that. If things were perfect when SISU arrived; if we'd owned the Ricoh outright when they'd arrived then you would have a valid point. However, that is not the case. Have they made things worse? Yes. Did they start the whole ball rolling? No.

You could look back and see what I've written, but no - surprise surprise - you'd rather just make things up again. You're very good at doing that.

This is my last post to you before you go on ignore, I don't want to ruin the thread with another slanging match.

EDIT: My signature stays until ACL go. That signature represents the sycophantic posts that you and many others make time and time again.

Woah, PH4 has taken a sudden lead. Looks like he's the favourite on here then.

I think that this may be due to the fact that Appleton announced that Byng hadn't actually made a bid, I suspect the latest extension may be to accommodate a bid from him, or it may be round 2 of the bidding as SISU sense a sale is on.. or a bit of both I suppose.

To be fair Mr Haskell had that lead prior to the announcement.

I think most people realise they no absolutely nothing about Mr Byngs bid at all.

Other than he says his backing is in Asia and they want a footprint in the UK.
