I don't think so. We know that they would have been in a right mess if the council had not bought the loan.

Hardly a positive sign is it? Then we have an arena management company that survives on weddings and the odd two bit conference? They still have an arena to maintain. Very few major concerts and the main arena empty without purpose.

They won't last long.

The only reason they did not put on more concerts was beecause of the Football Season and how long it takes to arrect the stage and other things .

They only need to stage 2 more concerts to cover for CCFC not being there

And anyway i thought we were being Liquadated so it dont matter .

Well I presume it helps define the future.Some people think ACL can survive without CCFC, some people hope they can,whilst there are some people who think or maybe hope ACL can't survive without CCFC.
This has become the great unknown, and maybe will decide what ultimately happens.
If ACL can indeed survive even short to medium term, then they will effectively be able to call SISU's bluff. Fisher has always talked of moving on, and building and financing a new stadium. They can't stall on this forever.The majority of CCFC fans are already sceptical of Fisher's plans, as each week passes with no apparent movement on a new ground, Fishers credibility sinks lower.
However if ACL can't survive without CCFC, then of course a deal to sell or part sell ACL maybe struck. My view and it is only a guess is that ACL can survive in the short to medium term, and if that proves to be the case, what options do SISU actually have?

But equally you may ask why are so many fans so concerned that SISU don't sell CCFC without making a loss.All fans want the club back at the Ricoh, but it seems clear the vast majority of fans want the club back but without SISU in charge. The losses SISU have made are their sole responsibility,they have had 100% control of the club. It seems some fans are more concerned with what's best for SISU, rather than what's best for CCFC. That by virtually giving them the Ricoh, they can then sell the club and stadium, and recoup their losses. Why should the Ricoh be used to subsidise SISU's losses?:
When SISU 'bought' the club were they concerned by the money allegedly lost by Robinson? No!
Do you think if SISU were buying the club now they would be offering to cover the existing owners losses? Not a hope in hell. I won't lose much sleep over ACL,but I certainly couldn't care less if SISU walked away with a huge loss, and I imagine I'm not alone.

Well I posted a thread where I said that we should just forget about the Ricoh and concentrate on the new stadium. http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/36408-Stuff-ACL-and-the-council-I-m-fed-up I said I wouldn't be very popular for this opinion but I did mean it, we should be concentrating on the new stadium. But then he hasn't delivered anything on our new stadium, no plans, no planning permission applications, no news etc. I want to see a new stadium and us in it but if you're reading this Tim, we need to have something to see that any progress has been made on the new stadium. Articles in the paper saying you're examining Badger droppings don't exactly amount to a hill of beans let alone a new stadium.

As the leader of our club he needs to stop with any BS if he has said anything that isn't 100% accurate and let us know what's really going on. It helps no one to make empty statements or say things that he has or the club have no intention of doing. If the plan is still to go back to the Ricoh then don't say it isn't and please provide us with something to show us that you're as committed to the new stadium as I hope you are.
