What do you mean? Because I said it is good that the club are helping a charity?

No, because it was a charity that YOU didn't like/approve/support. The point I am to make is that even something simple as a charitable donation meets with a "I wouldn't choose this one" kinda statement when we should all be saying "Let's put some of the money to good use".

I think you have misread it, I was approving of the charity? If you read through you will also see the bit where I say I had a premature baby myself so I am glad they are being helped...

Why do people struggle to read posts before trying to have a go or even try and have a go over things that haven't even been said?

But SISU have already said that they will be funding us whilst we're at Sixfields whether we go or not and the new stadium is built. So if they are true to their word (stop sniggering) there shouldn't be any effect on the playing staff.

Of course there would. Funding the club is one thing, FPP calculations on revenue is quite different.

I did read what you said originally and think this last answer is bollocks.

They gave money to a charity but you would have preferred it to have gone to another.....is that right?

If so, read what I said in my original e-mail, inwardly digest and agree/disagree all you fukcing well like, this is beginning to grind my gears.

Thought you could just convert the money 'invested', 'loaned' etc. into shares and then it was okay for FFP?

No. "Funding" us doesn't mean keeping everything as it is. If the fans aren't coming through the doors then further spending cuts are inevitable. Playing staff being the likely priority.

"Funding" us will just be the bare minimum for us to continue fulfilling fixtures.

Sorry edgy the exact quote IIRC was "funding the shortfall" which means exactly that: no difference from when we were at the Ricoh surely?

edit: On second thoughts maybe the meds are messing with my memory and it was "funding in the interim", which would mean what you said.

No, I said I am glad they gave it to this charity and without sounding harsh I prefer it goes to this one when it could be another less deserving in my opinion (like drugs and alcohol).

It is grinding your gears that people have opinions, on an internet forum?

Try reading the thread....

A distant relative of mine had a premature baby so I can't fault the choice of charity. It could have been worse like one that amongst other things builds community sports facilities. ;)
