Well you said:

I doubt SISU have received enough money from the snooker attendance and pittance of merchandise sales to fund a JR review, what I am trying to say is it's more likely that the funding for the JR review is coming from SISU themselves.

Maybe- then shown as a CCFC debit come yearly account submission...assuming the accounts are submitted?

Today saw Sisu-related companies seeking a “disclosure” order to force the council to release more documents as evidence - ahead of an oral hearing scheduled for November 25.

Before your sarcastic comments I haven't seen the article on CT nor can I open so it was a genuine question, so can you give me a proper answer instead of a sarcastic one?

what do you think management fee's are?

We can't assume that's correct until the accounts are submitted though so it's just a piss in the wind frankly..

Surely, it's SISU's money? You and others keep telling us they are one in the same.

So spending CCFC's money- money CCFC dont have on court cases is a good thing? And some accuse CCC of wasting money...really?

Thanks Torch..

I am confused by this unless it's just me, SISU want CCC to show proof that the funds used weren't to prop up a management company? Should we believe Ann Lucas and PWKH ACL is a sustainable company??

wake up rob. when are the accounts being submitted? do they ever give a full breakdown of what the "management" fee's are anyway? from what I've seen they could quite literally throw anything in that pot.

I suspect its Sisu money being lent to CCFC.

Just adding to the debt basically.

It's not about waking up I get what your saying Tony, I wouldn't know I'd have too look at the accounts yet none of them ever seem to get filed on time!

Maybe you are right I don't dispute that but I can't see where the money could be coming from within the revenue of the CCFC business, so it's either within the budget SISU are using to pay over the next five years or it's pumped by SISU for their own motives..

That's where it's going to end up Robo.

If you don't believe that, where do you think the cost will end up?

I think unfortunately your probably right there DTD, whether it's lent or pumped in as a cost from SISU it will probably be added to the CCFC debt no doubt.

Sorry Torch- I'm not being contrary for the sake of it... CT states- "Coventry City owners claim loan to ACL was 'unlawful state aid' designed to 'drive them out of Coventry' "
How can it not be reasonably concluded that its CCFC's money?

Are CCFC not owned by SISU/Otium or are they mutually exclusive in your view?

They have a point though. ACL did try and force them out and it failed spectacularly. As DTD said I presume (as we all do) that it is SISU money but it will be loaded onto the club in some shape or form.

So we agree- ultimately it will be CCFC financing the action.. which was my fundamental point.
Quite how you conclude ACL tried to force SISU out and ignore SISU withheld rental monies .... cause and effect.

I'm not arguing or disagreeing about the rent. Absolutely not. However, ACL are no angels. Firstly they reneged on the deal over the ACL mortgage and then tried to force a change of ownership. Don't get me wrong SISU are shit owners but that is one of the reasons why the Council not NOT be involved with the stadium; the power to force out the owners of the club should not be the remit of the council.

So we agree- ultimately it will be CCFC financing the action.. which was my fundamental point.

Because as much as we hate Sisu he hates ACL so they were to blame some people really.

So the same can't be said about our owners tried to force ACL out of the City by not paying there rent.
CCFC and the fans at the end of the day are the losers.

Can you show me the ACL/CCC statement that we are trying to force sisu out. It is my belief that the ACL/CCC attempt
to put CCFC/sisu into admin was a last throw of the dice to get a corrupt organisation to pay legally owed rent arrears,
a perfectly just action.

Where is the evidence for the attempt and spectacular fail at forcing them out? They applied to the courts in an attempt to recover money contractually owed.

ACL put forward an unsuccessful bid for the assets as part of a legal process of Administration overseen by an officer of the court. Using due process. Hardly 'forcing' them out.

I remember the Telegraph reporting that Eliot and Hoffman accompanied Haskell to games. Neither are connected or on the board of ACL as far as I'm aware.

Not sure where Byng came from. Is he connected to ACL?

Are we drifting here a little?- thread is about the court action taken by CCFC against ACL/CCC- my point was that CCFC will end up funding it- I think we agree on that ultimately.

Surely it going to court is a good thing? Will either get thrown out or investigated? If they don't have a leg to stand on it will be thrown out straight away won't it and cost sisu loads in fees? Surely a good thing for nopm?

Doesnt it keep your club out of Coventry for just a little bit longer. Negotiate a fair deal for the Ricoh -whatever you say Joy. Does anyone still believe SISU give a f+++ about the football club.

Allegedly reneged on an alleged deal over the ACL mortgage etc.
