FL ONLY have GUIDLInES, not rules.
They are discretionary.
The FL have much to answer for, pissed on the traditions of this once proud club and ignored the interests of fans. Supine bastards.

The whole point is to prevent clubs getting into debt. The Man City sponsorship is good for the club. The owners have footed the bill.
