Couldn't give a shit if they hold the freehold or not, just want the club to have access to all the revenues it possibly can, so we as a club can be as successful as we possibly can be. the whole point of moving there in the first place all those years ago. That was the idea wasn't it?

The club sold the revenue streams years ago, why don't sisu attempt to buy them back? Why didn't they buy the higgs share?

The trouble is that sisu don't want to pay for anything,theyre scavengers,they want everything for nothing.

Sisu have not listened to us fans.so we stay away and send the strongest message we can that we are not happy. People who go to sxfeilds counteract what we are trying to achieve. That really annoys me personally.

What really annoys me is the 30,000 who were unwilling to join *my* boycott. Or Ann Lucas's for that matter. Now there's a lady with morals... but only when it suits, otherwise she's just in it for the publicity, should fuck off as we don't need fans like that anyway.

Truth is, nobody is really doing anything. Not the people attending Sixfields, not the people sitting on their arse moaning, they're not making the slightest bit of difference. The only people who deserve any credit are those that stand on the hill, although there are so few of them that their presence now goes entirely unnoticed. So, it's pointless, but at least they can say they are doing something - and it happens to be a pretty miserable experience, so hats off to those that still do it.

Yup, and all this bitching and moaning, if anybody actually wants a proper protest, they miss the point those who actually do, and go one or t'other are more likely to join in than those happy to sit behind a PC and toss themselves off to pictures of Preston.

I think the trouble is that SISU are not going anywhere anytime soon. They will not leave until they get hold of the RICOH to make the attraction of buying CCFC more appealing. But even with the RICOH, they are never gonna make mega money on the club.

But I don't think giving up on CCFC and starting a new club is the right idea though. This nightmare will be over, eventually. The club will be around (in some form) long after SISU leave, we just have to endure this dark time. And hopefully that will be sooner rather than later.

I support them because my dad did, and his dad did. It is a temporary thing in Northampton until confirmed otherwise. It is the same manager, kit, badge and players who then play at away games until confirmed different. It is still Coventry City until changed.

Some people just want to watch football and they will, whether people on an internet forum tell them they can or they can't.

Temporary is a few month's at best, Five years is a life sentence in football supporting terms.Even the diehards who
go now will become disenchanted and the youngsters who are the future lifeblood of CCFC will be lost forever.

Unless an Arab multi Billionaire pays sisu a kings ransom to sisu to clear off, I doubt the club will survive beyond two
more seasons at best.

Why don't you organise another Charity game to coincide with a Coventry game at Sixfields? That was a smart move wasn't it? Probably the most unintentionally divisive act of this whole sorry saga. Never forgive the Trust for its support of that. Mind you, the did want us put into admin so shouldnt expect common sense from them.

I think the thousands at the Ricoh having a party to demonstrate that the support is there in the city that the team is named after has merit and if we still exist and are still playing Northampton by Easter then we should arrange it.

Behave. We're talking about the purchase of the stadium management company on a leasehold basis (they'll never get the freehold and they know it), and the true market value (given the council's own estimates) is well below the potential sell on price for the stadium and club AS A PACKAGE. They will clearly not sell on immediately, and will have to try and turn the fortunes of the club around to a degree - that would require a promotion at least, and also improve the fortunes of ACL as a business - and bringing in AEG would be a good move. The success or otherwise of this plan is not guaranteed (their record isn't great is it), but the idea that ACL will hang around being 'distressed' for 5 years waiting for SISU to make their move is a nonsense. SISU want the Ricoh, and they will obviously hope to get it at a price that is favourable to them, but they want it sooner rather than later. They are not going to wait 5 years losing more money hand over fist simply so they can buy the Ricoh for a few million quid less than what they could buy it for now. And you have the cheek to call me naive.

How can the same people who go apeshit when we score at places like Wolves and MK Dons not care about the results at Sixfields? I know plenty who won't go there, but they will all have been dancing around their living rooms when Wilson banged in the 4th against Peterborough. At some point we will get our club back, and surely we all want it to be in the best place it possibly can be (on the pitch) when that happens.

So, if I sum up .....

Going on the hill and protesting is divisive. Going into the ground and protesting is divisive and meeting up at the Ricoh on match days and protesting is divisive!
