It depends I guess, personally I wouldn't want it but then again I haven't been taking out legal action against other parties.
I just hope this JR gets everything out in the open.
The Judicial Review is examining only one part of this issue. So not everything will be out in the open.
It is only asking if the Council acted within their power. It will pass comment on the actions of everyone that led up to the decision, but only by saying if the councils actions were justified within the context, and the law. It can only find for or against the Council.
Sisu are happy with the JR because the focus is on the Council, and the actions the Council took. I don't suppose they would be that happy with a select committee, where all the participants are looked at.
