SP may talk about getting only the players he wants but if your budget is restricted that means you can't buy or have to have prolonged negotiations to obtain a player then vital games were played where we had insufficient strikers on the pitch. There is no double cancellation as Northampton and us don't play at home on the same day, so the point about there being two teams at the same ground is fairly irrelevant, both teams are on a similar fixture schedule. Cov are only one game behind many other teams in League 1, it's hardly a backlog.

Can't see how postponements are going to put pressure on CCFC, NTFC or the FL. If something was going to work it would have by now. All the bad publicity for them and continued good publicity for us (march, "why", etc) hasn't worked. Only the suits can sort it out. All postponements will do will put more pressure on the team, increase the chance of injuries and increase the chances of a relegation battle. Wish ill on SISU by all means but not your club.

At the risk of going round In circles In battle for the last word ,he had stated he was'nt a fan of the loan market ,and was looking for at least one experienced over youth .

He was also assured In mid November that in January he could recruit ,even prior to LCs departure .

Either he's failed or they've failed him.

Maybe you have never played football to realize what will happen to a water logged pitch if its played on every few days. Now grounds which have one team the pitch will get 7-10 days to recover.
Not sixfields though increasing the chances for more games to be called off.

Yes, he did say that. But needs must. He couldn't get the striker he wanted so what does he do? Not get anyone at all or get good quality loans? I think the latter and he said as much himself. We had George Thomas and Ben Maund. Clarke left and Wilson was injured.

Sorry Torch grammar was all over the place, what I meant was with the funds made available by SISU all potential acquisitions will be considered poor quality when compared to Clarke or Wilson. SP's radar is influenced by his budget. Don't think we have a problem attracting quality loans do think whilst in Northants we will struggle to get quality permanent signings - Webster & Seabourne are reasonable I doubt the Fonz or Dylan will join us despite not really being wanted by their own clubs there are better options in this league alone.
