I'm not sure I understand. Who says that SISU were not told? SISU ?

I think so far SISU have said they weren't told and Higgs have said they were told by CCC that SISU had been told.

I don't think CCC have said anything one way or the other yet.

Of course we still need to establish if SISU were legally required to be told.

Chris West is an officer of the council not a councillor

There may of course be a reasonable explanation for what has been said when CW is allowed to have his say. Quite wrong to label him a liar on a one sided cross examination

Will the whole JR rise or fall on whether SISU got told that 2 out of 3 of the parties are going to approach the Bank?. What duty to inform did Charity, Council or ACL have towards SISU?

The logical conclusion would, based on some of the comments here, be that the Charity and Council were not working together....... kind of hard to prove conspiracy between the two if true :thinking about:

as yet there is no proof west didn't inform SISU only someone saying he didn't maybe someone at SISU slipped up and didn't act on the information that was passed lets not jump to conclusions yet hey

It's not whether there was a responsibility to inform sisu but whether West misled/lied to the Higgs people.

Sisu QC seeks to question how informed she is to come to such conclusions and says Sisu invested £50m in club

I'd like to hear from Sisu / Joy what the actual amount she offered for the freehold. Bit sad if they've invested £50m in us and we're a third division team playing in Sixfields.
