The prudential borrowing increased the council's exposure by 155% from 12/13 according to their website. Wonder what the original £9m was for.
The original contribution to the Arena building project..?

part of me hopes the judge sums up with...
"it seems to me that this is all standard business practice, but don't get me wrong, 2 turkeys does not an eagle make. I am not posturing and there is a belief that I wont do this, but I will consider my verdict and have already narrowed it down to 2 or 3 possibilities. I will announce it within 3 weeks."
As this has turned into MumsNet, anyone been to ThinkTank in Birmingham? Was thinking of taking the little one.
So are you saying that the matches held at the RIcoh during the London Olympics could have possibly been held at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen?
In that case ARVO is the same as the 5 funds who brought in the initial loans. Is he saying is was ARVO all the way?
judge hoping to hand down judgment week of 30th june!
Ha ha. brilliant. announcement to be made within 3 weeks. You couldn't make this up.
My sentiments exactly. SISU Lawyers have had more than their fair share of talk time. 2 days out of 3.when is a line drawn under this, do CCC get a chance to respond, or can only SISU ?

Not been, but I'd recommend Burton Dassett. £1.50 to park, and massive hills for them to climb up and roll down, hence they're completely knackered by the time they get home and I can watch the football in peace in the evening. You owe me a pint.
Was his train late?
No - I am saying that international matches have been played at the Ricoh - so de facto the Ricoh is an international stadium.
Any public means given to the Ricoh has to be considered unfair trade unless the same means are given to all other international stadiums in the EU.
Otherwise it's unfair trade between member states.

Simon Gilbert@TheSimonGilbert · 12s Sisu QC says ARVO has invested over £50m into Coventry City since 2008.
The Football League fixture list is released June 18, so decisions on whether City are in or out of the league (for whatever reason) will have to be made before the results of the judicial review are known.

Burton Dassett is indeed a quality (if windy!) place. Many happy weekends of my youth spent plummetting down the dunes by what's now the toilets!
Don't take your family there at night for Gods sake!
As a cov fan i have started today optimistic, safe in the knowledge by the end of the day I will end up confused and dissapointed
So are we at least going to get a 3 week proper PR war to talk about, or will people be gagged until the decision so as not to pre-empt the judge?

I expect Labovich will get on CWR soon, then there is this forum on 27th, just before the judgement, pity wish it was a few days after.. too many question will still be unanswered.
