John Clarke- Cant remember what he brought to the table = LEFT.

So we are left with the dynamic trio
Joy Seppla - Loves court, just loves it, cannot spend enough time there. Just like women loves shopping, she loves court battles.
Tim Fisher - Keeps talking about imaginary places that are not being built. Very much likes his dog.
Mark Labovich - Seems to really hate ACL, ask him a question and he goes silent and then goes off on one about the council. Comedy gold he is a keeper.

Steve Waggot - Seems to be held in high regard, but what success has he brought to CCFC?
Recent signings have been dreadful and has allowed contradicts to expire leaving the club at risk.

If you look at the people in charge its so easy to see why CCFC are so fucked up.

On the plus side i think Calum Wilson is an excellent player and seems to be a down to earth guy.
Would have no problem with him moving on to get away from the madness that's Northampton.

The only thing that Ranson did / said that has left a bitter taste was the - we have no over draft etc led us (me) to think that the club was being ran with investment that was to be recouped by selling at a profit, or by success. He jacked in when he finally learnt how SISU were operating, and up and left. I have some respect for him, none at all for Fisher.

we were top flight and did not reinvest all the money back into the team for gods sake!!!

We are now a league 1 club so forgetting the owners a player will want to better himself playing at a higher level for a much better salary, this is regardless
of where we are playing we sold players at Highfield Road and Ricoh Arena too.

The club has been leaking money - it was at the Ricoh and is at Northampton. Any player at this level has a commercial worth at which point he goes.
If we get 1.5milliom plus for Wilson it is inevitable he will go, Bradford sold Nakhi Wells for about that and don't see that money going into players for Bradford?
But why let the facts get in the way of another excuse for a sisu rant!!

I do not want Wilson to go but accept due to ambition, offers, club debts he is likely to be sold, I think this would still be occuring wherever we were playing though

I don't think anyone us expecting the full 2 million plus to be given to SP but they do expect a portion of it to. As happened with Bradford.

Unfortunately now at this level and given our finances a greater percentage of our back up will need to come from the academy, which may not be in the end a bad thing.

I think too unfortunately Bradford in better position than us financially, so although think some will go back into squad maybe not as much as some would hope for.
We will have to see.

It isn't a SISU rant for the sake of a SISU rant like you insinuate. Players move clubs. Always have and always will. But how long is it now since we replaced players that left? We were left with a squad not big enough last season. We were lucky that Wilson has turned out to be so good. It looks like we are going to lose just about every decent player from last season. Most of us are worried about what sort of squad we will have for next season. But if we say so we are accused of having a SISU rant as usual when pointing out facts that just about everyone agrees on.
