No business would accept the offer as it stands.

The ball that Michael has started rolling needs to be stopped, and then another ball, one with details on it, can be rolled.
No business would accept an offer to cover a large part of their operating costs from a third party with no risk unless they reach a turnover which means that they are capable of covering these costs themselves? Are you sure? I can't imagine that there's a director in the world who wouldn't at the least seriously consider this, presuming that their primary interest is making the business that they are in charge of successful. Which I'm pretty sure they are supposed to do by law.
