Yes please do so it is all about who owns the crisp money.

Well if your mate ML is to be believed he told us at the meetings we held that compass did have the pop and crisp money?

Or was he lying??

Well fuck me if that is the only contentious point you can pick out you must agree with the rest?

As for they have paid the money bullshit!! how about you borrow me £1,000 I then put the repayments in my brothers account and he can decide on how much I need to pay you back.

Thought not.....
Compass don't own the pop and crisp money, ACL have no legal recourse over the money, no fans would make no difference - need i go on?

Yes thats why the rent wasn't a problem big money in the Premier League sell the club jobs a good un. Then with crowds getting lower no prospect of the PL the stratergy changed and this is where we find ourselves today, The question is, now the latest stratergy has failed what do they do?

What they should do, is drop the appeal, get talking and bring us home before we lose anymore fans. Do I think they'll do this? I'm not sure.

Yes I'm well aware that an amount had been paid by mcG and Robinson.
1) Are you sure that their payment has anything to do with what the FL requested Sisu to pay ?
2) Surely Sisu know exactly how much to pay ?
3) Could Sisu have not just paid the balance then waited for adjudication from the FL on the rest ?
This way we all wouldn't be on tender hooks over another possible points deduction heading our way. Obviously you would be happy to absolve Sisu as usual of any blame !

John I was getting a bit worried as most of your post seemed relatively sane, but thank goodness you let yourself down with some utter horseshit at the end.

I would never absolve SISU of anything. I have never liked them and like you want to see the back of them. I would be pleased for you to show any post I have put in where I support SISU. Please feel free to point it out. Until then continue to live in your deranged world of John, or Luton as I think its called, with your head in the sand decrying anyone who dares to see the bigger picture as a SISU lover/ apologist or the usual shit.

Like I said if you disagree point out a post where I have said otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have paid what they owe and In an account agreed by the league.

I suspect Mr grafton is a villa fan.

More lies from Grendel.
I don't know why you bother coming on here?
Because of your constant lies your reputation is no better than Sisu's !!

You say they have paid what they owe to the FL. Wouldn't it have been easier to pay what they owe to the people they owe it to? Drop the stupid JR and start negotiating about playing football in Coventry. That's what CCFC is there for - property speculation hasn't worked...

That didn't answer any of the questions regarding the payment ?

Its yes, yes and yes.

They are playing hardball, and until the FL ratify exactly what needs to be payed, they are allowing them to continue to do so.
I suspect they are hoping to pay less due to the payments by McGinnity and Robinson, if not I am sure they will cover it with another bill to the Club for some bullsh*t management fee or another.

Same as the trust on tv calling for admin to solve our problems

It would have. Still would. Should've happened before Sisu took over in fact.

Let's face it, by far the biggest issues the club face at the moment are the owner and the debt.

No it is too easy and anyway it will make them look weak in the Hedge funding business. Just don't understand how some people can even believe any of the bullshit they spout?

Until ACL receive the money owed it has not been paid. Which part of that do you not understand???

Is it the part where the club have paid the money into an account which the FL are controlling, and so it is actually the FL at present who have the money which ACL are waiting for.

It is of no significance who holds the money--all that matters is ACL don't have it, and until it is paid to them and the JR appeal is dropped
there will be no talks--simples really.

The football league will decide what ACL are owed on the 7th - what part of that don't you understand?

It's simple. Pay the money and drop the JR and we are home.

This is the way I see it....

1. Pay the money owed. - Perfectly reasonable request. Should be paid. Don't see why it stops an agreement being made pending payment.

2. Drop legal action. - I don't agree with Sisu appealing the decision but asking them to drop the email before talks is just blackmail. Sisu have a legal right to appeal the judges decision and should be allowed to do so if they so please. What are ACL affraid of? Just let Sisu keep spending the money if you are confident you will win and have the added benefit of them paying rent at the same time.

But the fees for both sides, would have paid for sisu to have rented the Ricoh for 10 years at the latest Quote?

Madness pure madness what do they hope to gain?

At he meetings with ML he was 100% sure they would win hands down first time around where do they get their advice from they should sack um all right away waste of time and money.

Mostly good stuff but surely SISU would say to CCC that they will drop the appeal if they accept 'this' deal.
It's good that SISU are thinking about the Ricoh but please at least start the process.

I'm not very optimistic that Sisu's offer would be anywhere near acceptable to Acl anyway. That is going on Sisu's past offers/demands.

From a business pov, ACL would be foolish to cave in on their previous statement , after all we are only talking a 3 to 4 year contract while SISU build their stadium . The only danger to ACL is the overturn of the JR . From SISU s pov to agree a 3 year agreement breathes life back in to ACL , so really the only way out is the overturn of the JR . Therefore the appeal will not be dropped and ACL will not discuss a deal. There is a stadium group meeting at the end of this month , if no movement is seen on the new ground preparations the minutes should be sent to the FL . Although they seem toothless ,there not . They have to be extremely careful and avoid SISU litigation . There is a reason SISU are talking and it's not love for the fans. The clock is ticking and they know it!

Put it in, publish it, get ACL to respond and then make another offer etc etc etc
At least we can see what the logic is.

As I see it the only offers that have been made are from ACL. They may not be perfect but any fool can see that we would have been better off accepting them even if it's short term ones until a long term solution can be negotiated.

The Football League said sisu must pay ACL £590,000 by 31-5-14--what part of that do YOU not understand ?

If you check my posts you will discover I have not made any suggestion of the amount owed, but that will not stop your blind hatred
of anything ACL.

Yes but the FL offices are just around the corner from Sisu's? Funny how all the decisions on our club will be made within a mile of each other in London?

Joy must be camping outside and making all sorts of threats against our Gutless association.

So it will probably be £100,000 but hey if it means playing in Cov OK will concede that one (one each) but they still need to drop the stupid retrial before we can even look at coming home.

So if sisu get a retrial when will it take place does anyone know?

All he does is pick up on the minority view and sells it as main stream. It's getting boring. I do love it when he comments on his job though. Love to know what it really is. My best guess at the moment is running a failing football club but I can't quite pin it down.

Correct it's IEC that own the Pie Money not ACL.
ACL have no legal recourse over the money,
Yep just as Sisu have no automatic right to the Pie Money.
no fans would make no difference
Financially as OSB58 has pointed out the sales of players, cup games etc. have covered the costs of being at Sixfields. So no home fans would only make a difference symbolically and Sisu took us to Northampton so don't appear to care how things look.

What I'm worried about is who on the Sisu side (i.e. which company) is picking up the tab for the lawyers for all these court appearances. If it's our club and the money is being added to the debt mountain then we're just making that mountain higher and we don't look like we'll clear that at the moment.

Definitely agree. That for me is a separate issue to agreeing a new rent deal though.
