*sigh*

Try putting your point across in a less aggressive manner and with less bad language. Remember this forum is open to fans of all ages please. Let's not go off topic discussing rubbish like this. If you have a problem PM me and I will happily discuss.

Oh please may I respectfully request that you ask my fellow dear "fan" of CCFC (RFC) to post on here some corroboration as to his assertions of insider knowledge. His predictions have proved pretty fruitless and without foundation thus far, and so I am purely trying to establish how sound his knowledge is.

Kind Regards

Obviously you don't remember the initial Appeal that ultimately produced the Appeal.

Could go either way but 3 Senior Experienced Judges. Who knows?

Certainly not me!

Can you tell us who and I mean which company is paying the lawyers who are doing all this court work? Is it the club i.e. Otium Entertainment Group and/or SBS&L, or Joy personally or Sisu Capital Partners etc.

Because the Club lost £7m last year I seem to recall and if we're likely to lose a similar sum again this year I don't think adding the legal fees for a case that's not got much to do with the club (well it's about the council loan to ACL not the club) to our debt mountain is fair.

We are all fans ccfc92. We may have differing opinions from time to time but all ultimately want what we believe is best for the club. Grendel for all his faults is a passionate fan who I believe was a season ticket holder for a number of years pre sixfields. You shouldn't be so surprised.

I have no faults.

You can bet your bottom dollar it will be added to the clubs debt. You can spend all you like when you can just load it onto debt for someone else to pay back.

No, just get your point across without the abuse? It isn't hard to grasp.

Ok point taken, but how much more politely can I put it that than the above post then?
Admittedly there is a hint of sarcasm in there but no abuse Nick.

I know there is no abuse ;) You are more than welcome to question him, just don't need to hurl insults while doing it.

Well I apologise for the insult but after reading his antagonistic post I couldn't help it.
But still where is the corroboration? Come on RFC put me and others out of our misery.

RFC does deserve all he gets. So do I - I just don't complain about it.

If I owned the Club, I'd have appealed too!

This is not as black & white or simple as so many are trying to make out.

For all concerned, just wish it was.

"I cannot do anything about yesteryear or yesterday but I can influence tomorrow"!
Okay it's multi coloured (swap shop) not black and white but if Sisu are hoping to use this as a negotiating tactic or bargaining chip it might be worth remembering something. ACL at the moment have a reasonable stadium close to the majority of our fans and set two conditions on negotiations. We have a need to be back in Coventry, both from the perspective of us fans and from the people bankrolling us at the moment (unless they're happy to keep funding us to the tune of many millions a year).

What appears to me to be black and white is that we're homeless and there is (was?) a potentially decent home available with ACL that could provide more income from just ticket sales than we get for everything playing in Northampton.

Now if Sisu are bankrolling the JR because it's a point of principle then why aren't they going after other councils that have aided the Stadium Management Companies?

That is the thing, I think a lot know he is talking rubbish but he isn't hurling abuse about but gets thrown abuse.

If I really were Weber Shandwick, RFC would be my star employee ;)

But why talk rubbish knowing the reaction he will get? It just seeks to split and divide fans even more just at the time when we should be uniting even more!!

It's not black and white or as simple as so many think????

Come on RFC even you with your strange views this statement is ridiculous, every judge that has heard the argument so far has seen it as just that. Two judges (one height court) have now both thrown the argument right out of court on the plain and simple fact Sisu are WRONG. I can see they are trying to get it to the euro Supreme Court because most UK laws are a roll of the dice in Europe but saying it's not simple is just not true.

When you see ML do me favour and ask him how those little group meetings are helping with building those bridges, I'm sure we'll find out with our first proper home game on Saturday.

I have suggested that already and was assured he is genuine.

tbf back in the GMK glory days, was convinced westterrace2 must be a wind-up... but nope they were real.

So am happy to accept they are indeed real :)

(I miss the one-way rants at Jon Gaunt!)

I have to say I am very frustrated that Sisu are going through with this, but while trying to find the light in the darkness there is always a chance that the Appeal could be used a tool for negotiations back to the Ricoh. (I will also admit that I said this was a possibility 3 weeks ago and I was right........ For a change!!)

Now we know what the Wilson money is being used for.
I'm sorry but until this scum leave our club I will never attend another game putting money in their pockets.

If this club does not return to the city in the next 12 months and rid itself of these scum owners who don't give a toss about the club or fans then this club is dead and there will be no return.

Let's get something straight. SISU/Otium only have 2 tools in negotiations. One's called Tim and the other is called Mark. To suggest that the appeal is a tool in negotiations is crediting it with a chance of success. Does anybody (except RFC) really think it has a chance? I doubt it.

That does miss the point. They have time, finances and dogged determination. Success may be measured in time - namely keep doing this for five more years - think about it.

Is the 6th still on for a Ricoh return?

Why is any body shocked they have appealed? They told us they would from day 1.

I personally am not shocked and too much is coming from simon and from the CT to suggest a ricoh return is not on.

I still think it will happen. The appeal is all sisu have left. It won't even be granted so there is no need to worry. It won't be seen by three very senior judges. Nice timmy to get them to hear it. Slag the original judge off you prick. Yeah that will work you scumbag.

I only hope since the payment yesterday talks have happened or are happening. We finish the season at Northampon then the club dies. Simple as that.

I wouldn't assume everyone on here is a CCFC fan......

I am not sure should negotiations begin that either of TF or ML will be spear heading it.. I think you're likely too see Mrs Seppala come out of the shadows.

This has to be a final straw, even the strongest Sisu believer can't justify this action, i find it hard to understand never mind find positive in their actions. It's a nightmare and the only way this stop's is if the FL take the GS off the owners due to running a non viable business...

Fans stay out of Sixfields see if the FL push Sisu to provide proof that the club can run without income.... It will hurt for a bit but it maybe short term pain for a long term cure to all our problems..
