we will let in far more like their 2nd if Elvis doesn't set up a counter attack from corners even when jackson came on all 5ft 8 of him there were 11 in our box defending corners even bloody throw ins lead to 10 in the box and one on the edge we bring pressure on ourselves from set pieces then have nowhere to go if we do get the ball

Yeah don't understand that at all. Leave Jackson or somebody up.

I really don't see us beating mk dons sadly. They are a good team and to beat them 3 times on the trot at theirs is too much to ask. Draw is acceptable however.

Not sure how many we have sold but it won't be 7000 like last year that's for sure. People have given up or lost interest as now proved. It's very sad.

I can't help think last night was a missed opportunity as we lead twice and only drew. Bradford lead twice against us and we were drawing 2-2 and they scored to win in injury time. That's what was required. We can't do what other teams do to us.

I agree with what your saying but you have to remember that Bradford were roared on by their home support at a ground very famiar to them as their home. At times like the Bradford game you cannot underestimate the value ofhome support when you concede an equiliser in the 88th minute. They become a 12th man and played a significant role in them scoring so late on. We will never have that at sixfields

Well all being well tht was our last home game at sixfields. Many people now all over the city are saying a Ricoh return is imminent. Next home game is over 2 weeks away. Let's get gillingham at home and roar us on up the table and into the play offs. If we made 2 more signings. 1 cb and 1cm or target man and a strong Ricoh home crowd we can do it.

What we have to do is cut out silly mistakes. It is not acceptable. This isn't Sunday League and they are paid a lot of money to be better than that!

It typifies League 1 football. The teams that escape the division to the Championship, are those that limit them.

Before they got bankrolled by their Blackpool fan owner they played in front of 80 fans. They only took 4000 to Wembley for the playoff final. If that isn't tinpot I don't know what is.

Wonder if P.Kenny would accept an 8k drop in wages now he is 36 and a free agent

What about Bobby Olejnik from Peterborough, supposedly a decent keeper at this level and lost his place in the Peterborough team. Has just gone on a month loan to Scunthorpe but after that is finished maybe we should go in for him?

It is frustrating. Every opposition (ok, the majority, before anyone picks me up with faces that might be available :) ) does it to us, yet we persist in bringing everyone back!

Pressley once said when asked that he does this if there is the threat of a short corner. That's fine, I get that, but how many corners are taken short against us? I'm certain there are more long ones than there are short over a season!!

Just put one of our strikers on the half way line. Takes atleast 2 defenders back and out of the box then!

Olejnik does tend to make the odd flappable mistake, tbh I doubt Elvis is even thinking about bringing in a keeper.

When Miller came on apparently he stood on the half way line pushing them back on set pieces.

i dont remember him been forward from corners. jackson came on after him and there was defiantly 11 back for corners with him stood randomly on his own around the 6 yard box.

i remember pressley saying last season he had gone to 11 back to stop the threat from corners but as we are still conceding from corners it seems a pointless process

Listened on the radio, Just seen the highlights.
Two elementary mistakes by the keeper, the first goal of theirs you could see where the ball was going, poor wall poor positioning, he was slow and flatfooted, the second the defenders reaction said it all, it was a proper WTF moment.
Learn from it and move on!

Like someone else said, i would rather it was our own keeper learning from his mistakes on and not a loanee.
