It's a bad signing.... This could be the straw that breaks etc. and we could lose NW as a fan now.

I think the club have not thought this through....

Do you think Tugay or Jackson is going and Madine is seen as a replacement?

Could be.. otherwise this seems a bit daft to get another striker when the problems seems to be more midfield or goal.

tell you what why not sign Marlon,Ched and Lee as well give the kids some real role models eh.

Come on, if we really want our kids to use footballers as role models that says more about us than them. My role model was my father and I'm sure I'm my little girls role model, she may have sporting heroes when she grows up just as I did.

Everyone goes on about role models, we are our kids role models not footballers they will always have sporting heroes but pretty sure they won't base how to live their life on the likes of Lee Hughes and Gary Madine.

With regards to Ched Evans he's always protested his innocence and is currently under appeal, if that appeal fails then fair enough but from what I've read about that story I wouldn't be surprised to see that conviction quashed.

ah, another loan striker !.

No strikers are injured ,so surely its shows that Pressley has no confidence is his striker signings, Jackson, Tudgay, Miller, McQuoid, Nouble etc

Wednesday fan's opinion:

'Feeling slightly apologetic to any Coventry fans out there. These last two seasons we seem to be loaning you all our players and then giving you others when contracts expire. The latest prize (tool) being Gary Madine who they were interested in during the summer. Why we didn't get rid then is beyond me.

Hopefully should do something for Coventry though but little hopes of him coming back rejuvenated like Maguire did.'

Had a quick look at his Twitter. He's even less articulate than average and still looks to be out on the piss on the regular. At least at Cov there isn't anywhere decent to go on the piss.

Completely agree, our parents are our number 1 role models; after that come grandparents, siblings and friends. Sporting figures are totally unimportant.

How can goals not be a priority?

They are a priority, but so is stopping the opposition scoring them. It's a question of which priority is highest.

Nouble 3 in 5
Miller 2 in 12
Jackson 2 in 13
Tudguy 0 in 9
Mcqoid 5 in 15

:)

Tell us minutes played, not games - which is misleading. SP often puts on a striker in the 85th minute.

He's a very good signing and could turn out to be as prolific as Leon Clarke. This will only matter though if he signs an extension beyond the initial one month. I believe he will start against LO and subsequent games because SP has to give him a chance to prove himself in order to decide whether to extend the loan.
