What on earth are you on about now? I couldn't give a monkeys toss if she is the Sultan of Brunei's 7th wife, she is still an awful woman.

Your the one that spent half the morning posting libellous comments about the council, so if anyone needs to watch their step its you.

Where on earth, don't know what your on about?

However still laughing, you're very funny

Basically he means stop asking awkward questions and don't interfere with her ability to promote herself.

See, I can accept she got involved for the 'right' reasons. There's certainly an argument it'#s better to influence from within, then sit outside and shout (see trust talking to SISU/Wasps for other examples).

It does no favours however, when reading the minutes brings out the following.

Other new stadium ideas were discussed such as local procurement of f & b

And it seems only fair that, if she is reading, she might want to correct me when I consider this a waste of an opportunity to influence from within.

As an intelligent woman, she must recognise the credibility of the group is zero and, if that's unfair, then it can be corrected.

Apparantley they've known since July where the new ground is going but they're bound by confidentiality, in other words, they don't have any land and it's a load of bollocks,

That's your opinion and you're welcome to it but it's not mine.

He who mocks, ah well guess you don't understand confidentiality and trust, sometimes just best to allow the process to in it's course and be patient but then again when have any football supporters been patient?

Please don't put words into my mouth.

I'm not. You said my opinion wasn't yours. As I said I can accept she got involved for the 'right' reasons, I can only assume you disagree.

Whenever people post things you don't like, they're on the windup.

No, I legitimately thought you were on the windup because your suggestion is that Aston Villa pay for half of a stadium they don't need and we become their feeder club, giving up the only one good thing the club has going for it it's academy while playing in a stadium too small for our club even in league one.

Then you come on threads and say nobody ever comes up with alternative scenarios:facepalm:

No I don't and have't I have said no one has been able to demonstrate how building a new stadium makes sence financially and they haven't and that most certainly hasn't changed with your Aston villa idea that you won't even attempt to defend.

Are you *sure* you haven't been a CCFC board member at some point?

None of this would have happened if I were making the decisions. Don't take that as blowing my own trumpet, I think none of this would have happened if a trained monkey were making the decisions.

There's not much point trying to defend things to somebody who lets their hatred of SISU colour all elements of sanity. All I get is a bunch of stock no no no no NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOO back.

Tedious in the extreme.

You've written about 10 posts now about why you won't defend your idea, rather than 1 actually doing so. Not a great job of saving yourself tedium.

I would love us to own our own stadium as long as it was fit for purpose and if sisu actually did build one I'd be happy and have to change my opinion of them, however they won't be building one because it makes no financial sence whatsoever, but you feel free to keep shouting over and over again about why there is no point you speaking reason since I won't listen anyway. If they did actually have the money available and did want to build a new stadium they would have significantly outbid wasps and brought the Ricoh for the reasons I've described in the thread already but you've ignored because you are so intent on telling me I won't actually discuss anything.

You've hit upon the potential answer in your reply.

After all the grief our temporary move to Northampton brought myself and others I'm astounded that anyone on here would even contemplate a long term partnership with a sports franchise who are relocating 82 miles from their true home. HELP!

Reading one of your posts reminds me of watching 321 as a kid.

They're just a load of incohearent dribble mascarading as a riddle. You are proper mental.

Please try and keep up, Stadium Forum Chaired by Sandra Garlick have been meeting regularly for more than 12 months, surprised you haven't read the minutes of their meetings?

How do you know who I talk to but assume it's Tim Fisher?

I'm still laughing 

You do know Sandra's separate forum group doesn't exist at present?

explain this one then, I was told in July they knew where the ground was going, then in September it's down to two locations, baginton and exhall, they've told that many lies they've confused themselves,

PLEASE Do not assume.

It's all anyone can do with you RFC. You never actually say anything clearly so you leave people to make assumptions. If it bothers you enough for capslock, maybe take a bit of responsibility for your side of the communication like an adult.

Yes she seems to have shifted the goalposts somewhat. Was it originally not all about what was needed at the new stadium? Maybe she should throw in with the WASPs crowd.

I do feel a bit sorry for Sandra. She probably originally got involved in all good faith, believed it was actually going to happen, and now it seems to have all gone a bit astray will ultimately be another one with egg on her face. Cheer up Sandra, they say no publicity is bad publicity.

So if CCFC quote "Confidentiality" it is bollocks but if CCC/WASPS quote it then that's OK?

matcov I think a few pages back...

The fact will always be if you sat in a council chamber and knew you had an idea you were willing to sell a 250 years lease of the Ricoh for peanuts why would you not let the incumbent football club - regardless of present or past blood know? How could SISU come to the council with such a suggestion if they had no idea that was the way the council were thinking? You can't stich this on SISU I'm afraid as much as they deserve total apathy towards them.

I still want that question answered: Did Miss Sepella have any indication that a 250 year lease was available for peanuts?

The plain simple fact is that Sandra Garlick was a stooge in Shitzu's plan to distract the fans from the real issues. The plan failed since we were all able to see right through it.

And my question would be.....would that have made any difference.......they would still have wanted it for free!

Did M/S Sepella say "unencumbered freehold or nothing"? Why would you try and sell someone, who in the first interview, said "I don't negotiate. Negotiating wastes time ", something that she doesn't want? She knew she could change her mind and make an offer, but she has to date remained stubborn and insists the new stadium will be built. Has she ever said, why didn't you offer me that deal? No. Because she obviously didn't want it.
