I know we don't know how much. But what would you seem an acceptable level rent and how much for matchday revenue?

I

I've honestly no idea, rent I suppose £150k in league 1, on a sliding scale dependent on division.

Revenues is difficult to say without knowing exactly what their worth.

It would be much simpler if the deal was CCFC are in complete control of the stadium bowl on matchdays. Paying a slightly higher rent but keeping all the revenues.

I would expect Wasps to ask for at least market value. At this point I must add I have no idea how much that would be.

They've paid £5.6m for a 250 year lease, I think it was said CCFC are less than 10% of ACL's revenue so on that basis £2,240 a year should be a fair price for CCFC to get all the money they generate. Think they'll agree to that?

I would be angry if Sisu used the same negotiating tactics as in the past, pissing off Wasps, and then ended up having to pay millions for a new ground just to get what they could have had for a fraction of the price.

Likewise if Wasps took the piss with what they were asking I would be angry with them for that.

Basically I would be angry at whichever side wasn't reasonable or sensible. (although I am that apathetic with it all now it would be very limited anger).

A new stadium should be plan B. Plan A should be trying as hard as possible to get all the money produced by the club going into the club's coffers. I just see a stumbling block with the the obvious fact that this doesn't benefit Wasps and as businessmen they won't part with these revenues without something major from the club.

Unfortunately our negotiating team will be spearheaded by 'We batter them in court' Fisher.

Ha Ha Ha same old shit another day.

Oh and for those that have been asking thanks but I am doing ok at the moment my start working in the New year as it gets a bit boring just sitting here counting my money.:)

And yes your right Jan, Steve and the others should all resign and leave it to you lot.

Then again how would you attend meetings and such when you all have work and family lives?

Steve,Jan if your reading this let them have it, you don't need this shit.
They can all do a better job.

No, he like the rest of us has had enough, this has taken it toll on the trust committee don't think people realise just how much is involved.

Being called out of work or home time to go to meetings with one side or the other.

Nobody has questioned that though? Anybody ever says anything and the reply is "you do it then"'. Yet everybody just agrees with random comments like that solidly?

I know one thing - I wouldn't say I enjoyed a game of franchised rugby better than the team I support . There is no election is there, 99% of members don't care and now we know why. The "board" are more interesting in promoting London rugby teams at the Ricoh.

Its pathetic. You couldn't make it up.

FFS two years worth of this shit to come now :(

You said you enjoyed a match of a franchise team better than your own team

He actually said he enjoyed strictly more as well. (I assume you like strictly as you haven't been bleating about that line)

Did you read jans comments?

Yep agree with a lot of it. Not all of it, think he said some bits in anger he may not mean as he got wound up by the usual pack like windup kings having an attack at one person.

I would never have choose Strictly over CCFC f'ing outrageous.

However if people are going to get all pious over the wasps move I presume they will be similarly outraged if we got a brand new spanking stadium in Nuneaton ( it wouldn't bother me too much) would prefer it to be in Cov though.

Yes, I think all fans would be outrage if they built a new stadium in Northampton - 35 miles away is too far and would be a franchise..That would be me done.

Yes I'd give up supporting and be outraged if we moved to Northampton full time.

Attacking? Seriously? Somebody posts something as bad as that and people pick up on it shocker. Apparently trust people won't post on here, it looks as if it's because when they post crazy stuff like that it doesn't get straight out agreed with and defended to the death no matter what.

I think more people get annoyed by people such as Jan who throw the sad and selfish comments about, while saying they don't give a fuck about how wasps fans are treated while he goes to wasps games?

Have you seen anybody giving wasps fans abuse for traveling up? Any scab type stuff?

He's one of those who sees and hears only what he wants. Hence, the comments from Jan are fine.

Did you not come on here then or see twitter?

But what's wrong with that? You agreed with jans posts justifying franchises?

Where have I said I agreed or didn't with Jans comments?

That's it accuse others of reading things how they want to then do it yourself.

You did, where I asked if you found jans posts strange. I'm not making anything up? It's all.there to read back.

Did I say I agreed with it?
No I didn't.

I said I didn't find it strange but hay ho it's all right for you to read it one way but not others.

So if it wasn't distressed, why was it sold so cheap? If ACL was still getting stronger and stronger, surely it wasn't such a great deal for the "tax payers" and they didn't HAVE to sell?

We need a reporter to try and ask about that.

If it was distressed, then why are people going on about how great it was doing etc.
If it wasn't, then why was it sold so cheap when it didn't need to be?

A bit like the cov telegraph then when asking questions about new ground and the rest of the bullshit sisu spout

Surely you would find it strange if you didn't agree? Especially as he just contradicted himself in two lines. You seem to be defending the comments and people disagreeing them with all the "why don't you do it" stuff.
