I must admit I was a little shocked when ACL was sold to WASPS - but in the cold light of day, when you think of the position that ACL/CCC were left in - I see why they did it. I agree mark thing for me though one is protecting a CCC owned stadium (hopefully still with a chance of CCFC having a slice of the pie at some point although the council have bled CCFC dry in rent) the other is a hedge fund tying to distress a company and gain ownership of the stadium on the cheap for their investors not CCFC and imho CCFC would never seen any benefits of SISU owning the stadium (or the new one if ever built)

The fact that SISU can not own the stadium now for me still gives me hope that CCFC will someday gain rights to some of the income of the stadium eventually.

If there WAS anything in the SISU JR case as Reid seems to be dredging up, Sisu and their laywers were spectacularly poor at presenting any sort of coherent argument. Its almost as if by the time of the JR they couldnt be arsed.

I agree with that. Although I think their lawyers did try this and present this as evidence but the trouble is its playground stuff really. At the moment the council are winning. They have two teams at the Ricoh, have offloaded their share and the loan is being repaid on time. CCFC are in soapy bubble. SISU are appealing appeals and getting nowhere. So, I would say CCFC fans are losing - there is nothing going on around here for us to be celebrating about.
