A flaming bag of turd on his doorstep would have had pretty much the same impact. Not that it isn't meritted! Either.

if they represent such a talented (and potentially useful) group of fans how about starting with a letter that focuses on building bridges? don't see this letter achieving anything and seems to be addressed more to the sisu out fans rather than Fisher.

Indeed. Lines like "Mr Fisher, I put it to you" .... What a load of bollocks. It's another rant.

" We are a London based group with an eclectic mix of finance, legal and accounting backgrounds. The one thing we all have in common is that we are lifelong Coventry City supporters who cannot stand by and let the mismanagement and neglect of our club continue unchallenged".

Yes but who are you and what experience do you have in football management that anyone should listen to you?
Also who do you claim to represent and who appointed "Group Chair" who ever that is?

" I see that the recent supporters trust vote " - but only a percentage of supporters are Trust members and most of them are no longer interested in what they say. So barely representitive is it?

There have been suggestions that bridges should be built between the various interest groups and approach CCFC/SISU in a meaningful manner. This note is nothing more than a personal abuse of an individual and offers nothing as to the real way forward!

I can't see any personal abuse, they are pointing out that Mr Fisher has been a failure at running CCFC.

Wasn't he the chief executive for several years, then he was moved aside for Waggot, do you seriously think that would have happened if Joy Sepalla was happy with his performance?

I think you will find I have previously written about SISU's failings

But you have avoided my point - quite deliberately!

The fact that I think SISU are bullshitters is well documented on here so how can I avoid your point?

You on the other hand clearly avoided my point. Unless of course you think SISU do offer a plan forward. I can't see what other point you could be making.

When people say things like this, I'm now reminded of a line from Terminator: "Listen, and understand. That terminator is out there. It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead."

This letter may have as much inpact on Sisu as it would scrunched up into a ball and thrown at a terminator, but at least it reflects the reality of the situation.

Not sure who you are asking this as the same thing can be levelled at Sisu/Otium? you have a go at this group for being faceless but tell me, who is it exactly that has been funding the club?

I would like to ask "The Chair" of the campaign group what type of response he expects from Mr Fisher.

He's saying that if you are saying that they are talking Sisu's language, and you believe that Sisu talk shit, then you must also think that this new group are talking shit.

But you knew that didn't you, you big dafty pants. And I've just wasted 5 minutes of my time.

Hopefully this is the opening shot of a meaningful campaign to rid us of the cancer called Fisher, will take time but we have to go for it, our clubs future is at stake believe me.

We could form a group to discuss it?

Look at both Fisher:jerkit: and Waggott neither have real football backgrounds apart from a fairly poor spell at Charlton, as I have said on a previous thread Waggott's background is working for a charitable trust and director of a leisure college, Fisher background seems to be in risk management so do them or Sisu have much more knowledge?

I think their collective knowledge could be written on the back of a postage stamp with a marker pen.

The only thing this letter will get is likes and retweets on social media.

You would have hoped thst they may have reflected on the fact that the 'you're all a bunch of cunts' approach from the Trust has not worked.

If someone wants to challenge SISU properly then take them to task on their own 5 point plan. Use their own words against them. Demand timescales and answers and there will be far more people in support of that.

If they want to form a group and call them a bunch of cunts, so what. However, you raise some good questions of Sisu/Otium so the floor is yours, bet you don't though. You'll just sit there taking pot shots at people who do it.

I think the letter echos the views and frustrations of a lot of us fans

But firstly does anyone expect a response from Fisher, and secondly what can Fisher actually tell us as I suspect he probably doesn't even know whats going on or what any plan is and is just concentrating on the day to day running of the club. Maybe it should have been addressed more at Sepalla/SISU group trying to get answers as to why they continue with pointless legal proceeding which they have little chance of winning, even if they do what do they expect to gain out of it as the court are hardly going to order Wasps to pack there bags. Ask them what there plans are for a stadium, have they explored all options at the Ricoh, challenge them on how it will be financed, why didn't they stump up the cash to buy ACL within the last 8 year yet now they are seemingly happy to throw cash at building an inferior stadium from scratch. Ask Fisher how they intend to implement the 5 point plan published in the new year, what steps have been taken since its release to show progress on it?

The letter doesn't actually seem to challenge any of the crucial points, essentially its a list of Fishers many failures and then asking at the end please sell the club. I share the frustration but I don't see the point of the letter other than to vent a little.

The same type of letter needs to go to the smiler, Steve Waggott too. He is c.e.o. and we were told is in sole charge of the football side of things AND if you trace back the facts you will find our demise down the leagues and to our present state coincides with him joining our club

Only one way to remove SISU from CCFC is to " starve them out". It is all they understand.

The best campaign, in my opinion, has been NOPM. As a lifelong supporter who has attended over 1,000 games it breaks my heart as I consider myself a true fan. I have given considerable thought over the last year to the best route and this is my conclusion.

I still attend many away games but did not attend at Sixfields and the only £s I have put in SISU pocket in the last 18 months was the first game back at the Ricoh. I will not attend again until they have gone

Whilst I have no issue with fans who still attend,I urge them to think this through. All this "support the team, not SISU" doesn't wash with me. It is like sitting by the bedside of a loved one who is on a life support machine.

Take the long term view. If nobody renews their season tickets ,they will soon be gone, trust me.

I hope you corrected the spelling and grammatical errors before it was sent out. Why would you end with 'Best Wishes'? That was truly bizarre. Actually, I'd be surprised if the recipient would get past the first few paragraphs before tearing it up and throwing it in the waste bin.
I agree with the sentiments but this is not the way to achieve your aims.

Does it matter so long as some one is?

Yes, it could be illegal state aid for all we know.

Surely you want the truth to be out in the open?

Are you going to ask WASPS the same question?

Well I'm a Ccfc fan, so what happens at Wasps doesn't really concern me.

However if your calling for greater transparency across sport then you have my support.
