We haven't had a stadium since 2000 - you weren't posting then.

If you want to get me on a technicality of not owning a stadium since selling HR to builders then why didn't you pull Nick up on the same thing? He posted it first :)

Its all quite clear for me.
I knew that SISU's tactics would never lead to us owning ACL. If you attempt to screw someone over whilst also trying to do a deal with them. They will look to do everything in their power to avoid doing a deal with you. I was quite vocal against these type of tactics as I knew it was only an amount of time before we the fans would get hurt.
Prior to that I was not impressed with SISU as I felt Onye and Ken did not know what they were doing.

Now I am again vocal against SISU as I feel their current plan of a new stadium is not the best solution for CCFC. If it was it would be pretty simple for the owners to explain it and everyone see the solution is for the best.

When people are called pro or anti SISU I would suggest it is more in relation to their plans. There are a few people in here who think they are correct in their ideas and how they are going about it.

I have met both Tim and Joy and like them both. However I don't agree with their plans and the way these plans are implemented.

So I don't think people will write posts saying I love SISU. However some support their plans and the way they are doing it.

I was shocked just now to see a City fan on the CT website refer to others as 'the anti-SISU brigade'.

Surely by now that's all of us!

Anyway, it got me thinking of all the reasons I loathe and detest the parasites. This list is very much non-exhaustive so feel free to add to it.

- Leading our club to its lowest position in 50 years
- Taking our club to a different part of the country in an underhand attempt to steal our stadium
- Doing this in their own interest despite the obvious long term damage it would cause the club
- Lying to the fans in the process
- Threatening to take the memorial garden with them
- Mockingly saying that a statue of Joy Seppala should be built
- Wasting time and resources on a legal battle with our council rather than the football club.
- Selling any assets we have at any opportunity
- Lying to us that the money would be reinvested.
- Lying to us on just about everything!
- Selling youth players who had been bought through the academy for below the going rate or for “undisclosed fees”.
- Short term and short sighted profiteering!
- Criminal mismanagement of contract negotiations (effectively letting the most valuable and bankable assets end their contracts and leave on a free transfer)
- Ken Dulieu, bench sitter
- Onye Igwe, "First on the agenda: Sky Blue Sam is too fat"
- Leonard Brody, Mr Text a Sub
- Tim Fisher - where do I even start?
- Full censorship of peaceful protests with ejections and lies about fire safety hazards
- Secretive dialogue with other clubs to enforce censorship on away days
- Threatening the fans with legal action
- Threatening everyone with legal action
- Ruining any chance for reconciliation with the council by reiterating that a stadium will be built elsewhere
- Not building it
- Intentionally slandered the Trust and its staff
- Intentionally split the fanbase as a strategy
- Refusing to pay Pressley his compensation, once again putting the club at risk of liquidation.

The day they leave will be one of the finest moments in Coventry City's history and it should be celebrated with street parties. Maybe a bus top parade of our Statue of Joy?

That's providing there is still a club to support of course.

Like I said when it was announced that SISU where buying the Club--it is the worse day in the Clubs history.
Nothing has happened to change that opinion.

Yep said we would be crazy to build a new stadium due to the fact we could cover the yearly rent with the revenue from one match on the deal we are currently on.
Then said foreign investors would prefer a cleaner deal of buying a club and stadium together.

After building the new stadium what would say the asking price would be for us?

Perfect post. At least someone has a grip on reality.

Have to say, IF the new stadium happens I may well give up and just support one of the smaller Cov clubs and Wasps.

Why?

There are plenty of City supporters watching the wasps every week.
The 2 young lads that have had season tickets next to us for years go up .

Does that make them any less of a City fan or make you a better one?

They have only watched City in the Championship and Div1 maybe they want to watch a prem Rugby team...........

But CCFC won't own it so what has changed they will be renting off another Sisu subsidiary?

So in effect they would have to buy 2 Companies and as Joy is asking 90 million just for the City how much would she then want for a Stadium?

Or maybe they could Rent it from her at a knock down price..........

Wasps don't own their stadium management company - they pay them rent.

I love it when two trolls get together in mutual admiration.

You are suited to each other.

Well that's ok then because nether do we so we are both in the same boat.

So what would we have to pay Sisu for the privilege of playing in there new stadium in North Warwickshire or where ever it maybe. IF they were to build it.

Unfortunately he isn't alone in that stance, quite disgusting really.

Why?

We have been watching poor football for seasons now maybe they just want to watch a top Rugby team as well.

He wasn't talking about watching Rugby as well as the football though was he?

What was said that if the new stadium happens he would give up and support Wasps, which disgusts me.

Well so will I if it is not in Coventry, not saying I will support the wasps but wont follow CCFC out of this City.

Your view is a little more consistent however...

Anyway, there's always Villa Park if people want a top flight football fix.

You are stuck with your team, I was brought up to be a city fan and always will be a city fan. Cannot understand people who are happily moving to other clubs being things are not going well.

I will stop supporting Coventry if (when) we go bust and no longer exist. I think at that point i probably stop following football altogether.

No I wouldn't bother only watch City now as it is not interested in any other team..

as for the Vile wouldn't be able to put up with smell tor the whole game :)

Jez, four or five pages of arguements over the same subject just becuase Ginetta (under his new userbname) the former SISU superfan decides to sycophantically rebump his post.

It's important to keep reminding everyone of the long list of SISU wrongdoings, most of which are unforgivable.

They're lucky that our supporters have lost any sense of pride after years of being downtrodden.

It seems you are boycotting your real username - why? Because everyone takes the piss out of you when you post with it? How's Uncle Ray these days? Still making a sticky mess on your sofa?

If that was the case wouldn't yours have been changed 2 years ago? Kduffy

When I changed mine I said on here that's what I was doing.

I didn't try and claim there is another poster with the same bonkers views as you.

Loads have clearly changed over the years and some are on the third or fourth incarnation.

You know that sentence makes absolutely no sense at all dont you? Why would you write such drivel and then not even check it is coherent?

Did I?

You're ridiculous. Sorry I didn't make the announcement you were expecting.

Anyway, if I was trying to hide why would I keep the same avatar?

Hold on. Grendull is Keith Duffy from Boyzone! I always thought it was Brian McFadden from West Life who was the big Sky Blues fan?

Nice to see you are still stalking me Tony

You dont have to keep re bumping your thread for people to realise that SISU are completely shit at running our club. We know!
